Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.

2 blocks from Baby (fuji) Beach.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay! This home was a perfect 10/10 and exceeded our expectations in every way.The location was outstanding. Being right on the ocean meant we woke up to spectacular views every morning and enjoyed the sound of the waves throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island, with easy access to both the North Shore and the South Shore while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.One of our favorite features was the nearby coastal bike path. It was perfect for early morning walks, and watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning quickly became one of the highlights of our trip.The home itself was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. We were traveling with a family of seven, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.Communication with the host was exceptional from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions that made check-in and our entire stay completely stress-free.We honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have been better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on Kauai. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Kauai. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and comfortable. Wow! How lucky were we to find this awesome house right on the beach with comfortable room for all five of us! It was perfect for our five days and four nights exploring the area, shopping, snorkeling, and dining as well as comfortably hanging out "at home". Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night was icingbon the cake.The kitchen was super well stocked. Really, the whole place in general was super well stocked...from beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, beach blankets, and lotions, sunscreen, spices, some foods etc.! The location was super convenient for walking, driving, biking or running. Everything we could want or need was a few minutes away. And a drive to Poipu or Princeville was convenient as well. The beach felt private (we only saw 1 person in four days) and we enjoyed it immensely! The home was also very private and quiet.Our questions were quickly addressed by our helpful host, Ron. A perfect place for all of us. We loved it! We would absolutely love to stay there again!

Rob was a great host! We had some issues with the battery on the door lock, and he had someone come out to change the batteries right away. The house was very comfortable with lots of amenities and the location could not have been better! It’s right on the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was amazing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean! Mahalo, Rob! We’ll be back!!

Booked property for a family gathering of 5 adults and 2 children -and it was perfect. The clean property had all the extras you could think of- plus! The kitchen was supplied with everything down to bags of ice for the ice chest, including separate refrigerator for beverages. All that was needed was the chow to throw on the bbq outside! The ocean waves and sand were right out the back door, and the property is ideally situated for local shopping and restaurants, and midway on the island for easy day trips in either direction.The living space was comfortable for relaxing and was well supplied with games, large tv and plenty of charging options for electronics.And most importantly, the communication with the host was top notch.We hope to return in the near future!

The beach house was just as advertised in the listing. It was perfect size for the eight of us to be quite comfortable for our entire stay. I loved the house as a central location for all our excursions. Everything was close by. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai for a fun vacation.

Our stay at this property was unforgettable. The house is just a small lawn and a hedge away from the ocean, affording us with multiple beautiful sunrises and the sound of crashing waves at night.Due to the time of year, the surf was a bit rough for swimming, and the sand came and went with the storms, but the tide pools and early morning crabs were great.The host was very responsive to our questions, and the property manager quickly resolved a minor issue that came up (Mahalo!). We only used one of the four bedrooms, but the bed we slept in was quite comfortable. The kitchen is nicely remodeled, well equipped, and had the best coffee we have encountered at a rental property. The A/C throughout the house was fantastic at controlling both the temperature and the humidity.The location is quite convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance (and even more within a short drive), and roughly centered between both the north and south shores. We saw people in many of the surrounding houses, but the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.
