If you come and stay at KIAHUNA PLANTATION you will want to return. Only your next trip will be longer and you will want to return more often. Like all of us owners know, Kiahuna is a magical place that keeps drawing you back.
Stay in our beach bungalow, #127 which is located in Building 19, with a view of the pristine grounds and a glimpse of the ocean. You can walk out from our bungalow's patio to the beach in less than two minutes. There is a California king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. All the towels, linens, toiletries in the bedroom and the newly remodeled bathroom are provided. Our beach house also has a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen if you choose to dine in. With new cabinets and granite countertops, this kitchen is sure to please all of you chefs out there. Cookware and dinnerware are provided as well. If you want to grill some island fresh fish for dinner, there is a gas grill about 20 steps from our lanai you are welcome to use. There is another grill by the beach for your use as well if ocean front dining is preferred.
You can relax by lounging at our oversized lanai, surrounding yourself by fragrant fruit and floral, and tall swaying palms and bamboo. You can take a walk through the perfectly manicured lawn area, and breathe in the fresh air on this tropical paradise. Or perhaps you would like to lie under the sun on the pristine stretch of sandy beach just steps away, relaxing your eyes on the tropical blue pacific ocean.
The white sand beach fronting the plantation is one of America’s most beautiful beaches. It comes highly recommended by The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook. An abundance of tropical fish and turtles makes this a great snorkeling location. Not too far from shore, you can spend your day boogie boarding and surfing. Poipu Beach is the perfect spot for feeling the ocean breeze, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, sunbathing, and relaxing.
The Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club, across Poipu Rd. offers ten tennis courts and an awesome swimming pool for our guests. The swimming pool is equipped with waterfalls, shallow sandy beach area, and a water-slide. It is ideal for our junior guests and those who are young at heart.

The condo was wonderful, enjoyed walk out and the well kept grounds. Kitchen facility very new and convenient, as was the bathroom with its updated look. The king size bed was an added feature and important to us.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

This was an amazing condo to stay at! It perfectly walked the line of affordable and luxury. It was in our price range, but still included some amazing things like a patio where you could walk directly onto the lawn. And, it was only a short 2 minuet stroll on the grass down to the beach. The real clincher for me though, was the location to the BBQ. We are a grilling family and each set of condos has a communal set of BBQ's. I noticed that some were quite a walk away for some units, but this one was lucky enough to have the BBQ's about 10 seconds from our lanai. I could watch our dinner while still enjoying some drink on the lanai. Plus, the interior is in great shape. Nice flat screen TV, and DVD player, but I dont know why you would be watching TV, and not laying on the beach! If you stay here, you WILL have a wonderful, and peaceful stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I had the privileged of staying at this condo for our anniversary. We had a week long stay so we were able to know the area really well. The location of this property is perfect. It is right on the beach. You have your own huge, private lawn right on the beach with everything you would need at your fingertips. It is a mellow property. And the condo looks new and immaculate. Plus, there is a great new center right down the road with good restaurants and a nice health food store that we went to all the time. And if you are in to exercising like I am, the runs you can go on are killer. Jump on this if you have the chance.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This 1 bedroom condo is very clean with a good location, short walk to beach. Alittle loud, with the roosters and maids showing up early to work. Nice toys in closet. No air but was ok with breeze through slates. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living area.. They just were finishing new BBQ area which will be very close by. Best beach white sand. Would be nice if they had a bar near beach. Garden Cafe at condo very good food. Only thing we didnt like was the pool across the street, poor location but was nice. Would stay here againRecommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I just wanted to let you know we were back home, & we had a great time! We spent a lot of time at Kiahuna on the beach, but also went snorkeling at Tunnels & scuba diving at Koloa Landing.
