The townhouse has parking in front, 3 large comfortable bedrooms with new flannel Duvets and new 800 thread count sheets for this season.
All new windows open and have new screens. Breeze through the condo from 3 sides. Chairs on the deck with view. Parking at the front door.
Kitchen stocked with all items for a group of 10 people.
The garage is stocked with dry wood the right size for the new fireplace insert. Which will heat the condo warm. It also has electric and a vented gas wall heater.
The living room furniture is nice and comfortable.
You can walk to the lifts or catch the resort shuttle from across the street!!
The townhouse is stocked with laundry, dishwasher and hand soaps etc.
Every room has a LCD TV connected to cable with a remote control that works the first time.
It is located on the corner of Mammoth Mountain and Vail on paved plowed roads. Walk to the resort and several resturants.
High ceilings with exposed wood and wood beams.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Christmas & New Year..Dec 21 - Jan 02...$350 night (4 nights minimun).
Ski Season Nightly rate $250 night (3 nights minimum on 3 day holiday weekends)
Spring Break... Mar 1 - Mar 27 $250 night (3 nights minimum).
Summer $125 night. 2 nights minimum
50% of total rental fee is required to confirm reservation. Can be paid by check.
We take all credit cards with PayPal. We pay all the PayPal fees.
Our rates include all taxes and normal townhouse cleaning fees.
$100 Refoundable security deposit required at booking and mailed back to you.

The place was great... we enjoyed the fireplace and took advantage of the outdoor grill. There's a shuttle to the slopes that runs quickly right outside the door. We used it sometimes, but I walked a few times too.... It's that close. Nice little steakhouse, "The Roasted Clove", right across the street. It's a little pricey, but the entrees are fantastic. Thanks Guys!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway.

Ingrid and i are pleased your family had a great ski vacation. The condominium shuttle to the ski lift provided by the Angel Fire Resort was added this season. We are fortunate to have a shuttle stop right at the driveway at Crestview 14. We were able to accomplish some upgrades to the condo just prior to this ski season and have some improvements planned for next summer. Thanks again,

Family friendly townhome with everything you could ask for in the kitchen. The garage was great for unloading your car and storing our ski's at night. The bus picked us up at the driveway. Walkable to the slopes but with small children and wearing ski boots the bus was the best option for us. Plenty of space for our whole family and always nice having a washer and dryer in house. We will be renting again!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
