Enjoy fabulous Hilton Head weather with moderate year round temperatures. A perfect vacation destination for biking, tennis, golf and all outdoor sports. You will enjoy our beautifully decorated OCEANFRONT villa and balcony overlooking the beach. There are no condos on the island any closer to the beach!! Our complex provides new security gates for your safety, as well as new stairwells at the pool. We have underbuilding parking (first come first served), two private pools, a private sundeck at the dunes, washers and dryers, outdoor charcoal grills and picnic tables.
Enjoy beautiful sunrises while sipping your coffee from your private balcony. Or experience a moonrise and full moon over the water. The light of the moon dancing on the water is incredible! See small wildlife and deer in the dunes, and see how many different birds you can identify.
The condo is equipped with a new (2009) Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area as well as two nice swivel rockers and table lamps to provide good lighting for reading your favorite books, a dining table area, TV with VCR and CD player, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils and all the small appliances you would want.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed with two reading lamps and two built-in bunks for smaller children that want to be close to their parents. Open the bedroom window to let the fresh sea breezes cross ventilate the condo. You can only do this in the direct oceanfront condos, or the ones on the pool end as the others open into a hallway. For privacy, there is a pocket door that separates the master bedroom from the living area.
Hilton Head is a beautiful sub tropical barrier island off the coast of South Carolina - a wonderful vacation destination and resort community. The area is loaded with outstanding golf courses both on island and off with price ranges all over the board. Many golf courses offer special daily and weekly rates, as well as golf clinics for those wanting to improve their game!
Forest Beach is renowned as one of the best beaches in the country! A 12 mile long beautiful white sandy beach, recently refurbished, provides for countless hours of shelling, walking, bicycling, kite flying, and dolphin watching. For boating enthusiasts, there are all kinds of boating activities. Try a sunset sailing trip, or for the more adventureous, go on a shrimp boat where you actually SHARE IN THE CATCH!!!
Bike trails are unlimited throughout the Forest Beach area. There are many bicycle rental companies in the area that provide daily/weekly rentals with free pick-up and delivery service.
Sea Side Villas is an oceanfront complex in the popular Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. You will be within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where shops, restaurants, a movie theatre, night clubs, grocery stores and liquor stores abound. Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
Once our boys left home, we looked up and down the east coast for vacation property and kept returning to Hilton Head. It was our vacation place and we loved it! The abundant nature and natural beauty of the island, the mild winter weather combined with the bike trails, beach and outdoor sports, gave us the climate and outdoor activities we were looking for. Combining that with outstanding restaurants, live entertainment, live theater and abundant shopping gave us everything! People that live in Hilton Head are from all over the world, providing a very interesting culture.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Seaside is a very friendly, homey vacation destination. People tend to congregate around the sun deck, pool and grills. Often groups pitch-in for dinners around the grills and are still there after the sun sets -- enjoying each others company or just getting to know each other. We have met so many other people from all over the country, either owners or guests, and everyone is so laid back and friendly. We have seen different types of wildlife in the dunes from our balcony, but seeing the deer is really exciting. And watching the moonlight on the water is fascinating!!

Short walk or bike ride to Holiday Inn and new public beach. Enjoy a cool drink at the Tiki Hut and watch a volleyball game.

We live in Indiana and vacationed in Seaside Villas with our boys for over 10 years.
After our boys left home we looked for vacation/retirement property in many areas and kept returning to Hilton Head. We hope to be able to retire here in future years, or
at least spend many months a year on the island. We have made many friends and just love the area.

Our stay at this particular villa was absolutely amazing. The place was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect as well - right on the beach as well as walking distance to Coligny Plaza. In our future travels to Hilton Head, we will be staying here again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a great unit to stay in! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view was excellent and you could walk across to Coligny for dinner, dessert, or coffee each night.

Wonderful location. You can't ask for a better view of the ocean than what this place has to offer. Close to everything you will need while vacationing. There were four of us (2-Adults, 2-Children) and we had pleanty of room. Thanks for a great experience!
