Come stay in our luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath resort suite located on the 6th/7th floors of the Beaver Run Resort at the Beaver Run lift in Breckenridge. This condo is perfectly located just three blocks from historic downtown Breckenridge where you can enjoy full service resort amenities at owner pricing.
Our condo is bright and spacious with vaulted ceilings and sky lights in the living area. Decorated in true Colorado Style, you can sit on our cozy couch and enjoy the warmth and comfort of our wood burning fireplace surrounded by antique skis and snow shoes. From there you have amazing views of the Continental Divide and the ski mountain. The couch turns into a queen sofa sleeper that has a seven inch mattress for extra comfort. There is a TV by the fireplace and a cupboard full of family board games and books to help create wonderful memories for your family vacation.
Our antler chandelier and rustic kitchen table for 8 adds to the ambiance of mountain living. The kitchen has granite counter tops with a stone back splash and is fully equipped with some added extras such as a crock pot, blender, and waffle maker.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has the same gorgeous views with a large pillow top king size bed covered in fleece blankets and tons of pillows. There is a large dresser with a TV. An original Breckenridge ski lift chair sits next to the bed. Inside the room is a full bathroom with tall granite counter tops and updated tile in the shower tub and floor.
Down the hall with several historic Breckenridge photos, there is a second full bathroom with similar amenities.
Finally, the last bedroom also has beautiful mountain views and two queen beds with soft warm down alternative blankets and pillows. There is a huge closet, two dressers and again a TV with a DVD player for your viewing pleasure. In addition, this room has a couch to lounge on. Each bedroom has a humidifier for your comfort.
A true ski in/out location, there is ski storage at the Beaver Run lift, garage parking, a complete ski shop with jackets, gloves, goggles, a ski rental shop, ski school, lift ticket office, shuttle and concierge services. There are business services, licensed child care, spa services and three restaurants too. The complex also has an indoor/outdoor pool with outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, steam room and sauna. There are several beautiful lounge areas and a library for your pleasure. The kids will love the enormous game room that has a 9 hole miniature golf course, several arcade games, a pool table, air hockey and foosball table too.
The resort offers wireless internet and pay per view TV. There are coin operated laundry facilities too. The condo is professionally cleaned after each guest and linens and towels are provided. For the comfort and health of all our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets.
