About the owner: This property is rented out only a couple of times a year, as the owners use it most of the time. The property is managed by the owners as well and they take great pride in maintaing the property and therefore enhancing your experience. It sits at 10,500 ft.
Why the Owner Chose Woodmoor:
This location was specifically choosen, due to the incredible views. It is one of the few areas in Breckenridge that still has the VooDoo's which are little sand mountains created by the miners water drilling for gold and such. It is a wonderful place just to escape the frenzy of the City and enjoy beautiful walks, bike rides or catch the shuttle for a quick ride to the town and the ski area.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
One of the most enjoyable benefits to this home is the walk out lower level, which takes you to a large fire pit, with views down the valley and directly across the mountain to the ski area.
It has wild life around, which you may see on occasion, but please do not feed. The great room has a large fire place and a big wall of windows to look at the mountains. Lastly the master bedroom has a fire place and a large free standing jetted tub, great after a long hard day of activities.
