Located outside the small fishing village of Tambor on the southern tip of the Picturesque Nicoya Peninsula. This home is adjacent to the beautiful Tango Mar Resort. This luxury vacation villa has everything you could possibly need on your tropical getaway. The property features the main house that offers two bedrooms both with private baths and an additional half bath.The home has a very open floor plan with kitchen, dinning room, livng room and laundry room. The villa is very brigh with an incredible amount of windows.
Features include: gourmet FULLY equipped kitchen, with granite, stainless steel appliances, front load washer and dryer, top of the line gas grill with rotisserie, satellite LCD TV, Bose iPod station and exterior dinning also. Property is a 2 story dwelling with second story open air family room and additional sleeping area for two with lovely ocean views. Guest house offers 3 piece bath with shower, kitchenette, sitting and dining area with separate sleeping area and opens onto the inground pool. The pool is private with outdoor shower, is completely landscaped with many flowering orchids and shrubs.We have daily maintenance of the pool and gardens. The area offers a large variety of outdoor activities, and there are many organized tours available. A variety of beaches with both black and white sand are only minutes away. There is a secluded beach only a 10 minute walk from the villa. For surfers, Mal Pais is a quick 30 minute drive. Montazuma and Cobano are also only a short distance. There are two golf courses (one 9 hole and one 18 hole) located minutes from the property. A variety of restaurants are located within a few minutes drive from the house. Everything from fine dining, Italian, a pizza place in the middle of the jungle and local Tico style food. Why the Owner Chose Tambor
While vacationing in Costa Rica Three years, I returned to Tambor where I had spent time many years before.. Bought the house on a whim and have have never looked back. Absolutley love it there!!
The Unique Benefits at this House
My property is 1/3 of an acre allowing for privacy, yet situated with neighbours relatively close by. There are ample flowering gardens, fruit trees and a newly planted vegetable garden. The new "palapa" offers an additional outdoor seating area.
