We had a great time. This condo was wonderful. We had 3 couples and plenty of space. We would definetly stay here again and again!

Due to a family illness, we weren't able to go on our vacation this year but I still wanted to express my appreciation to the Stay at Joe's crew--especially Kelly. She did everything humanly possible to accomodate our needs and went the extra mile to help us get to the Gulf--even though the final result was that we couldn't. If anyone has misgivings or concerns regarding the customer service you get from a VRBO management firm vs. a realty company, you have no worries. These people are great! We will certainly use them again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit and at Turquoise Place! The listing on vrbo is accurate and the pictures are exactly as the room appears in person. It was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious! The kids really enjoyed the pools and lazy river, and everyone enjoyed the jacuuzi and gas grill on the balcony! The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff incredibly helpful at Joe's and at the Turquoise Place! We look forward to staying there again! P.S. We recommend Cotton's for a casual dining atmosphere with excellent steak and seafood!

Good morning Kelly -- wanted to let you know all of us had a wonderful time at the Turquoise during our stay May 28 thru June 3. What a lovely place!! My husband told our children we would have to vacation on the moon next year in order to top the unit we were in.

Joe and Kelly, I just want to thank-you so much for your excellant attention to detail for our stay. I have stayed at several places along the Gulf Coast and working with you two has been a very positive experiance. When you go on vacation you want to be able to relax and hope the accomadations you book live up to the hype and this unit did. It was so relaxing. It is a beautiful property and your unit was well maintained, furnished like a five star hotel, and even had wii for the kids. The hot tub on the balcony is amazing and the kids had a ball at the pool and beach!! Thanks again and you can be sure we will be back!!! David

Joe, Marshall, & Kelly, Our family enjoyed our beach vacation very much at the end of July. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The balcony was very nice especially with the gas grill and hot tub. Both were used daily. The kids especially enjoyed the daily pool and craft activities. The lazy river and pools were very nice. The beach was clean. We plan to return as soon as our schedules allow us to. thank you for allowing us to use your condo.
