2 big-screen LCD HDTV’s with movie theater, surround sound, Playstation, Wii, and in addition each bedroom has a TV and DVD player.

Gourmet chef’s dream - oversized kitchen, 2 ovens, with center island, granite countertops and floor, and eating kitchen counter. Completely equipped for gourmet cooking.

Detailed Description:
The home incorporates a reverse living setup – the living room, dining room, kitchen and one bath are located on the second floor which is surrounded by exterior decks and a large exterior hot tub. All of the bedrooms and the family room are located on the first floor.
--- First Floor ---
Entry:
A 22 foot high ceiling with granite floor.
Master Suite, Bedroom #1:
700 square feet, king size bed, fireplace, entertainment center (full audio/video system), sitting area, walk-in closet, large bathroom with marble floor and marble countertops, 2 showers, large jet spa tub, private deck on golf course with patio furniture.
Bedroom #2, 3, and 4:
Each has a queen size bed, TV, DVD, and private deck.
Bedroom #5:
Two twin size beds, TV, and DVD.
Family Room:
Queen size hide-a-bed sofa, wet bar, pool table, and full audio/video system with big-screen LCD HD TV, movie theater, surround sound, Playstation, and Wii.
Four Bathrooms:
Each has two sinks, marble countertops, and marble floors. (Three baths on the first floor, one on the second).
Laundry Room:
Oversized washer and large gas dryer, laundry tub, and built-in ironing board.
--- Second Floor ---
Round, wide, granite stairs have a glass block wall and leads to the second floor. Living room and Dining room with 14 foot high ceiling.
Sunken Living Room:
East wall (street elevation) and west wall (golf course elevation) have glass from floor to ceiling, granite fireplace, a big screen LCD HD TV with movie theater features and a Dolby Pro-Logic Surround Sound System, entertainment center with full audio/video system, and very comfortable luxury leather furniture.
Dining Room:
Custom designed dining table for 12 persons to dine.
Kitchen:
Large, oversize kitchen with center island, granite countertops, and a granite floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for any gourmet cooking. Side by side refrigerator with ice maker, two ovens, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee maker, china, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils for 12 people to dine.
Bathroom #4:
Two pedestal sinks and a granite floor and shower.

Heating and Cooling:
There are 3 independent heating and cooling systems (3 furnaces and 3 air conditioning units). Two gas hot water heaters allow plenty of hot water.
Dimmers:
The majority of the lighting system is on dimmers to create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.
Decks:
There are 7 exterior cedar decks consisting of over 2000 square feet. The decks have patio furniture, glass tables, umbrellas, chairs, lounges, and cocktail tables. The decks offer a magnificent view of the golf course and Mt. Bachelor. There is a large, exterior Hot Tub with hydro therapeutic moto-massage and a gas barbeque.
Landscaping:
Formal landscaping, designed by a licensed landscaping architect, approximately 8,000 square feet of lawn on automatic sprinkler. Driveway has beautiful design of hexagonal shaped pavers.
Miscellaneous:
Wi-fi wireless high-speed internet, cable TV, five bikes, pool table, two big-screen LCD HDTV’s with movie theater and surround sound.
