With nearly 800 feet of frontage on Papohaku, one of the largest white sand beaches in the Hawaiian Islands, facing across the channel to O'ahu and Diamond Head.
Both the main house and the guest house are designed to maintain privacy while allowing plenty of community space. Spacious open living/dining/kitchen spaces flow to covered lanais that overlook the beach.
Each house features a large Jacuzzi hot tub with ocean views, outdoor grills and dining areas. Additional features include outdoor showers surrounded by tropical flowers, full kitchens and laundry facilities, wireless internet access, satellite TVs in living rooms and master bedrooms, fax/print/copy machine as well as cell phone coverage for most major carriers.
Additionally, there is a large, unfurnished studio near the guest house which can be made available to guest house occupants through separate arrangements. Perfect for an artist on a working vacation, this space includes double height ceilings, work benches, rolling tables, potter's wheel, three roll-up garage doors all within nearly 2000 square feet. This special place also includes its own full bath with shower.
