Enjoy the tranquility of being in a single family home on a 4 mile beach rather in the hustle and bustle of Jaco. Come visit us in our beautifully appointed tropical villa located in Hermosa Palms - a private, upscale gated, 24 hour guarded, exclusive community - on Hermosa Beach. We feel that we have BEST LOCATION, The house is ideally situated by the pool and beach, approx. 20 yards. Lie in your bed and listen to the surf crashing as you fall asleep and wake up.
This tropical villa has 3000 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms with a master suite, first floor patio with teak dining set and Costa Rican Leather rocking chairs, second floor covered terrace with chaise lounges and rocking chairs designed as another living room space ,and last a third floor covered terrace with hammocks to watch the surf or a private sunset.
Bedrooms include one king (pillow mattress) one queen (pillow mattress) and two full. The large kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and dining. Catering and cleaning services can be arranged.
Our home on Playa Hermosa is a world famous surfing break known for its consistent and excellent waves. Locals insist that Hermosa Beach has head high or better waves 340 days a year. At four miles long, it never gets crowded-better bring a back up board.
Enjoy walking the beach, watching pelicans skim the waves or maybe see a pod of whales surface. There is a variety of wildlife on Hermosa Palms from Scarlet macaws to possums and of course iguanas.
Enjoy the best of two worlds - your private beach at Hermosa Palms or take a 10 minute drive to Jaco where you can dine, shop, visit casinos, or just people watch. Jaco offers a variety of restaurants, ice cream shops, banking, night clubs, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, and of course gift shops.
A 20 minute ride north takes you to Los Suenos Marriott Resort which offers golf, dining, and a marina with charter vessels.
An hour south of Hermosa Palms will bring you to Manuel Antonio-a must see National Park for all visitors to Costa Rica.

We had (as always) a wonderful time! Your house is beautiful and had every comfort of home. The phone worked fine while we were there. I was so happy to relax for 10 days, that We did nothing! It was wonderful!! I think I had about 6 spa treatments and read 3 books!! It does not get any better than that with a 3 1/2 yr old. Eric caught great waves almost everyday. I am ready to come back! One of the best vacations our family has ever had. We loved your house--the hammocks on the 3rd floor especially-I think we used all 3 terraces daily. You had everything we could have needed to make us all comfortable. We will be back!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1
