This tropical villa has 3000 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms with a master suite, first floor patio with teak dining set and Costa Rican Leather rocking chairs, second floor covered terrace with chaise lounges and rocking chairs designed as another living room space ,and last a third floor covered terrace with hammocks to watch the surf or a private sunset.
Bedrooms include one king (pillow mattress) one queen (pillow mattress) and two full. The large kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and dining. Catering and cleaning services can be arranged.
Our home on Playa Hermosa is a world famous surfing break known for its consistent and excellent waves. Locals insist that Hermosa Beach has head high or better waves 340 days a year. At four miles long, it never gets crowded-better bring a back up board.
Enjoy walking the beach, watching pelicans skim the waves or maybe see a pod of whales surface. There is a variety of wildlife on Hermosa Palms from Scarlet macaws to possums and of course iguanas.
