Why the Owner Chose Kahana
My family has been coming to Maui for almost two decades now. Kahana Sunset is the perfect location ...right on the water ...spectacular views ...a perfect sandy (and essentially private) beach ...and great snorkling. What more can you ask for.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love Kahana Sunset. The spectacular views from the two lanais, master bedroom and living room. Wherever you go in this townhouse condominium the ocean is right there.
I also enjoy the just completed total remodel of the unit. Everything is high end from the granite and limestone counters floors and baths, the wainscoting in the master bedroom, custom soffits and drop lighting in the living room, the deluxe appliances and the HD TVs with surround sound and blu-ray DVD. This is also one of the only units at Kahana Sunset with built in air-conditioning.
The grounds are also beautiful with lush tropical landscaping and a very intimate feeling.
This unique townhouse condominium and the very special location make this a place you will want to come back to time after time with your family or for an intimate getaway

I was raised riding horses in the beautiful hills and wine country of Sonoma County. My family currently has vineyards in Sonoma County ...Dry Creek Valley, the Rockpile appellation, Alexander Valley ..and Lake County....as well as a winery (which is open for tasting) in the beautiful Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County. Obviously he loved it as well. You have done such a wonderful remodel, it is a perfect rental. I just enjoyed the relaxing, and it was a plus to have that ocean view lanai to sit out on.
