  • A Greaat Time at the Mahana

"I have been coming to the Mahana for over 20 years, and still love it. Every unit is ocean front. It is off the beaten path, but close enough to the snorkeling, (just south of The Mahana, maybe 50 feet). A supermarket is a nice 5 minute walk away. The unit is nice, clean, updated flooring and appliances. Cooked 6 out of 7 dinners on the bbq or stove top. Speaking of bbq's there are a total of 8, 3 in a smoking zone and 5 by the pool. Never had to wait. Swimming pool is cleaned every morning and does not have that typical heavy chlorine smell and taste. If you are into hiking, all you have to do is get up to Kapalua Resort and you have a choice of hikes from 7.5 mile Kapalua ridge hike to walks along the coast. If you want the night life, Kaananapali Beach hotels and restaurants are only a few miles south, with Lahania just a few mile further south. Have tried other resorts but keep coming back to The Mahana."

  • Fantastic Condo in an Amazing Location!

"This was our7th trip to Maui, our 4th stay at the Mahana, our 3rd in condo unit #717. We have talked about staying at other places in Maui, but we always return to the Mahana's 717. It is an oceanfront condo which has all the luxuries of home. The first thing that catches your eye upon entering this unit is its cleanliness and the floor to ceiling window offering a beautiful view of the ocean. Bring your binoculars to enjoy seeing the catamarans and paddle boarders.Having breakfast on the patio is very nice, though we didn't dare leave our food as the birds were very competitive! Located next to Duke's Restaurant and a couple of blocks away from the Times grocery store, the Mahana is an ideal location. We were here for a full 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing this time reading in the lounge chairs in front of the condo, spending time by the pool and walking on the walkway to the Black Rock area. We also enjoyed the Pacific Whale Foundation Sunset Cruise on the Ocean Spirit catamaran which left from the Lahaina Harbor. The sunsets enjoyed from our room or the front of the condo were amazing!! The bed is comfortable and the waves hitting the shore provided a relaxing atmosphere. Alicia was a pleasure to deal with. Things were always completed in an organized and timely manner. Thank you for providing us with this amazing unit. We plan to return!"

  • Unbelievable! Would come back in a heartbeat!

"This summer me and wife and two kids (11 and 9) jumped around to 3 islands staying in VRBO's in all three stops. This was by far the best and our favorite place on our trip. Everything was new and has been updated, the view is awesome, hearing the waves at night was so relaxing. When we come back, would stay here again for sure! Everything you need in a vacation house is here! Thanks Jan & George!"

  • Very good and comfortable.

"The unit was fine and had everything that we needed. It was close to shops and interesting points. The description of the property was correct. We used the concierge to book an event and the person was nice an helpful. We eat out few nights and cooked couple of nights. All the restaurants were nice. In my opinion Duke's and Kimo's food were the tastiest. I will definitely recommend Mahana to my friends."
