  • Wow

"We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights before moving on to Kauai. We have stayed at the Mahana before and loved the location. BUT we never rented from an owner before. This unit is very well decorated and attention to detail has been taken by the owners. My Wife, who is very picky, was also amazed by the condo. We only wish we could have stayed longer but next time on Maui we will stay here again. Just a beautiful spot. Thank you so much................... Gary and Bonnie"

  • Great oceanfront condo with beautiful sunset views.

"The condo unit is nicely decorated and spacious. Great views from the oceanfront balcony directly over the beach. The complex is quiet and well maintained with a great pool. There is plenty of parking. Dukes is just a short walk. Kapalua and Lahaina a short 10 minute drive. The beach has nice sand, narrow but has a shallow coral shelf just offshore. Overall it was a great place to stay that I would highly recommend."

  • Best view of the ocean for whale watching

"Very nice room. Wonderful weather and whales! A great place to flee from the cold. Best beach for walking, snorkeling and playing."

  • Never leave the lanai!!! Gorgeous sunsets in the summer and humpback whales playing in the winter

"Beautiful place, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, all the amenities you would need are available at Mahana 412. Our second time to stay in this unit -once in the summer and another in the winter during whale season. From the lanai (balcony), you will witness whales playing in the ocean. While we were there in late January 2017, we saw a baby whale slapping its tail and several juvenile whales breaching so close that if you timed it right- you would have an amazing picture. I would suggest bringing a good set of binoculars, a camera, and possibly a tripod if you can fit it in. (My husband told me to write a different kind of review, so that we can keep this place all to ourselves :-)!)"
