  • Mahana 316 - perfection

"If you're hoping to find the perfect place to stay in Maui, you can stop your search here. You're not going to find a better place. The unit itself - Mahana 316 - is perfect. It has everything you need - just for example, the kitchen is fully loaded, there are beach chairs available, the ability to DVR shows on TV, and much, much more. The view is perfect as well. It's low enough to really hear and take in the ocean, but high enough to give you privacy. The tops of the palm trees are above you, so they don't block your view of Lanai, Molokai and the amazing sunsets. The owners are fantastic as well - very responsive. The entire complex is clean, and the pool is nice, well-kept and provides a great view of the ocean as well. It's a quiet location, but you can still easily walk to places like Duke's Beach House, Slappy Cakes, Times Grocery Store, Subway and other places to eat. So, you should stop your search now - we highly recommend you stay here."

  • Great vacation and perfect condo!

"This was our 4th time to the Mahana and first time in this unit. Every time we have been to this property we have had a great time. We love Hawaii and come to the islands very often. Our favorite spot on Maui is the Mahana. We love this condo for many reasons. The views are gorgeous!! The ocean views and the location are perfect! I found dealing with Alicia was very pleasant. She is very efficient and will reply to you very quickly. We found the condo to be exactly like the pictures. It is very beautiful and comfortable. We also loved how well stocked the kitchen was with all the foil, zip lock bags, extra hand towels, paper cups, plates, plastic containers pizza cutter, cheese shredder, etc. We really appreciated all the little extras...enough toilet papers, paper towels, laundry detergent and tissue papers to name a few. She also had enough bath towels and hand towels that we did not have to do laundry all the time. I found that to be very helpful. The sofa bed was also very comfortable compare to some other places we have stayed. Over all you really can't go wrong with this property and this unit. We would definitely like to stay at this place again in the future. We can't wait to come back!! It's definitely home away from home."

  • ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

"I surprised my husband with a trip to Maui for his 50th birthday and wanted the "perfect" condo that was oceanfront. I definitely found it - #1017 in the Aston Mahana, owned by Joe Falletta. The photos online are gorgeous, but it is even BETTER in person. The view is outstanding and with the mirrors throughout, I felt like I was always looking outside at the beautiful ocean. You can see Lanai and Molokai from the condo and watch the sun set every night. The condo was not only beautifully furnished but had more than I expected for us to use like coolers, beach chairs, kitchen utensils and such. I HIGHLY recommend Joe Falletta and this location. Actually, I have already referred two friends to Joe and the Aston Mahana. Thank you for an amazing week's stay at your place Joe! We LOVED it!!"

  • Just as expected.........No, even better!!!

"We booked this unit based on the location and great reviews, but when we arrived it was even better than our expectations. The unit is on the corner of the third floor, so it has a great view of the ocean and a view of the pool area. The third floor is a great height for seeing people, yet high enough not to be bothered by them. We had two couples staying in the unit, and there was so much room we could have easily had a third couple. I could go on and on, but basically you can't go wrong here. We have stayed at five other complexes in Maui and this is our favorite to date. It's right at the end of the boardwalk so there isn't too much foot traffic like the areas further south, yet it's close enough for a nice walk to Duke's, Black Rock, or Whaler's Village. If you are a beach goer or snorkeler, the beach directly in front of the unit isn't usable for sunning or snorkeling, but just south of the unit the beach opens up to an uncrowded beautiful location. You walk to the south end of the complex down to the beach and park your chairs, towels, and ice chest (which all come with the unit). It's close enough to walk back to your unit if you need anything. The grass area in front of the complex is also great for sunning, and the pool was never crowded, sparkling clean, and an option for those who don't like going into the ocean, but want to be in Hawaii."
