The Ute and Arapahoe Indians, and President Eisenhower were known to favor this area, and it’s easy to see why, with its rolling grasslands, forested peaks, and trout-filled waters.

Located two miles from Granby, 15 miles north of Winter Park, less than 25 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park, and only 15 miles down the road from Grand Lake (Colorado’s largest natural body of water boasting 150 miles of shoreline!).
SKIING:
Welcome to the most family-friendly ski mountain you’ll find anywhere. Two separate yet interconnected mountains make this a skiing experience everyone can enjoy. While the East Mountain is a beginner and intermediate skier’s paradise, the West Mountain offers terrain to whet the appetite of more advanced skiers. The newly completed Base Camp Lodge, which houses a dining hall, Seven Trails Grille, Higher Grounds Coffee Shop, also has an outdoor fire pit for gathering around at the end of the day.
For a change of pace, SolVista offers 25km of maintained Nordic trails which sprawl across the beautiful Granby Ranch area. A short free shuttle ride takes you to the incredible Winter Park resort for ultimate Colorado fun!
GOLFING:
With views of the Continental Divide to the west and SolVista Basin to the south, the scenery doesn’t get much better than what you’ll find at Headwaters. Redesigned by the Jack Nicholas Design Group to become one of the finest golf venues in the Rocky Mountains, the course promises a challenging and enjoyable experience for all players. 18 hole par 72 golf course with driving range and three chipping/putting greens. This is truly a hidden gem! Other golf courses in the area include Grand Elk, Grand Lake and Pole Creek courses.

Why the Owner Chose SolVista
Almost from the moment we first explored SolVista did we realize how comfortable and relaxed we felt. There's no comparison to the serenity and ease of life we enjoy while we're at our condo. The short drive from Denver, and the nearby grocery store and town, make SolVista an easy, stress-free escape. And the people we've met here are friendly, down-to-earth folks enjoying a laid-back getaway with their families.
Owner's Map of SolVista
My husband and I met on a backpacking trip in the Colorado Mountains, and have been escaping together to the majestic beauty of the high country ever since. We never run out of places to explore and adventures share, which made Grand County the perfect location for us to invest in a place of our own. There are endless options of things to do and see here, all under the glorious Colorado sunshine! We hope that you’ll enjoy all that Granby Ranch/Grand County has to offer! The condo was perfect for our family of four. It has all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The condo is very well maintained and clean. The description and pictures supplied are very accurate. There were nice views out the living room and master bedrooms. Sol Vista is a great family resort, our young girls loved skiing there. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends. Can't wait to get back up there!

This condo was the perfect mountain get away. It was spacious, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed, even sleds for the kids with a hill steps fom the front door. Ski lift access was really close(less than a 5 minute walk) and the shuttle service worked well. The area had lot offer as well .... Can't wait until our next trip!

My husband and I stayed in this cute little condo this past weekend with two of our friends. It is a cute, very clean condo that we were very happy with! Though it was a bummer that the 2nd room had two twin beds (it's difficult to find a condo with two "adult beds,") it was great that there were two bathrooms! It is decorated very nice and had everything we needed! We felt very at home there! The drive is about 20 minutes to Winter Park....which is where all the action is (skiing, restaraunts, etc.) There is the Sol Vista mountain about 1 minute away if you are looking for more "low key" skiing. My husband also thought the area would be a great place for biking/cycling in the summertime. Another plus is that the hot tub (though small) is just right across the street. Overall, we had a great stay and really don't have any complaints at all! Oh, I might add that there is no internet connection at the condo, so we did have to make a few trips to the McDonald's down the road to get a little bit of work done (yes, we are the type that have to work a bit on vacation!)

Just wanted to let you know we enjoyed staying at your condo this past weekend. It was a beautiful snowy weekend and your unit was just the right place for us. It was very nicely furnished, clean, quiet and in a great location. Our boys loved skiing and want to come back. Any open dates in February? Thank You.

The guys had a great time! My son had an absolute blast at the bike park - the pump track and the freeride area. He came in 4th for Downhill and 7th in X Country - his chain fell off and he got passed by two :( They loved the area and the condo.
