Tranquility is the word to describe your stay in our beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Kingston Plantation - a 145 acre, master planned oceanfront resort. Our unit features new furniture in the bedrooms, all new flooring, as well as new bedspreads, draperies and wallpaper throughout.
The Master Suite has a King-size bed and large private bath, and looks out over a lovely park-like setting. The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds with TV and full adjoining bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher. Dining area seats 6-8 people, and the breakfast bar seats an additional 4. Living room has a sleeper sofa, DVD player and TV. The unit also has a brand new washer and dryer for use by our guests.
Our Kingston Plantation Villa has the comforts and conveniences of home with the amenities of a luxurious resort, including high-speed Internet, ocean and poolside café with daily entertainment during the spring and summer and activities for children. Lots of shopping and entertainment are nearby.
The natural beauty of Kingston Plantation, as well as the warm and gracious atmosphere of our lovely beach home, makes this a wonderful place to vacation. We would love to share our home with you and help you create your own happy memories.

Year Purchased: 1994
My husband and I have been 40 years. For us, it has been the perfect vacation spot. We bought our 3 bedroom villa in Kingston Plantation when our two children were young and we've spent school holidays there having a wonderful time together. As an elementary school teacher, I was fortunate to have the same vacations as our children. Though our children are grown, we continue the ritual of spending "school holidays" together in Myrtle Beach and look forward to sharing time with grandchildren as well.
I taught elementary school for 35 years, and the last nine years were spent working with "at-risk" children in grades
K-5. Even though I am recently retired, I continue to work with children as a volunteer tutor; I also volunteer at a free medical clinic serving people in our community who cannot afford medical care. Teaching and serving others is my passion. Myrtle Beach is my joy!
Why the Owner Chose Richmond Park
We celebrated my in-laws 50th anniversary in Kingston Plantation about 20 years ago, and had such a delightful and memorable time that we decided to buy a villa there as soon as we could. Our villa in Kingston Plantation offers us the peace and tranquility of a laid-back wooded setting, yet the beach, pools, fitness center, entertainment and children's activities are only a 5 minute walk from our unit. Outside of Kingston Plantation, there is fantastic shopping and outlet malls, several good theatre venues, water parks, miniature golf and lots of other places to add to your vacation pleasure. The restaurants are wonderful and we can recommend our favorites. I have never tired of spending time there and hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we have.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love feeding the squirrels out on our back deck. This is a wonderful place to sit and read early in the day when others are still sleeping. It's also a wonderful place to sit and have hors d'oeuvres, perhaps a glass of wine, before heading out to a lovely dinner in town. If you want to cook in, the fully furnished kitchen provides everything you need to prepare an elegant gourmet meal, or even a quick dinner before going out to the theatre or a movie.

We loved staying here! The unit is so spacious and comfortable, and just a short walk to beach, fitness center and tennis courts. We loved the deck - lovely scenery. We had breakfast outside every AM. Would stay here again!
