Two story townhouse on the beach! No high rise buildings on either side of complex. West side is an empty lot, then a small development and then another empty lot! Why are we telling you this? Because we hate crowded beaches. We looked up and down the beach for QUIET, low density, relatively un-crowded beaches. WE FOUND IT HERE! No beach service with lines of chairs and umbrellas to wade through.....and either sit behind the line, or sit in front of someone else. We furnish your chairs and umbrellas FREE. Also included is use of a BBQ Grill with chairs and a table in your own private area...NO SHARED GRILLS HERE.
Gulfside Townhomes are approximately 1150 sq. feet of living area, two bedrooms and two and one half baths. We have two balconies, one off the living area, the other off the master bedroom. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private balcony. Enjoy the use of wireless internet, even on the balconies. Three TV's all with DVD players, one in each bedroom. We had a wonderful week's stay at this lovely townhome! It was everything we were looking for and needed. Right on the beach, quiet, kid friendly, and definitely a value! Beats any high-rise resort. The owner was definitely a pleasure to deal with.

My family and I had such a wonderful week in this Condo. It was clean, had a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony early morning and in the evening. The pool was nice and always clean. The grounds were well taken care of and very clean. My Mom, Daughter and Grandson felt very safe. The beach was gorgeous and we had plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use. We found everything in order and it was in such a convenient area. The owner was so good to work with. He was always available and prompt to answer any and all questions. We are already planning to make this an annual "Family" get together!! Thanks!!

We chose this site for our stay mainly because we wanted more privacy than a large hotel/resort, but we also wanted to be right on the beach. You can't find a better place in Gulf Shores! The unit was very clean and matched the description perfectly. I was a little apprehensive about how the view from the room would be but it was actually much closer than the picture makes it seem. We had no problems with anything in the unit and enjoyed it so much we're definitely going to go back - hopefully we can stay in the same unit!

We had an amazing time at this townhouse. This was our first beach vacation as a married couple & also our daughters first trip to the beach. It feels very quiet & private which was perfect for my 2 year old daughter. All of the furniture was very updated & clean. The owner was such a nice person and he helped us out with any questions we had before & throughout our vacation. We loved our stay at Gulfside Townhomes, and we cant wait to book again for next years vacation!!!!

This property was clean and well maintained. The view of the beach is great. It is a great location to restaurants and shopping yet quiet and peaceful. The pool is nice size and plenty of tables and lounge chairs. The chairs provided came in handy for the beach. We did make good use of the grill that is provided. We walked to Bahama Bob's for dinner one night and the food was not good and over priced. I would not recommend it. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that are great places to eat, our personal favorite is The Original Oyster House, the food is excellent and moderately priced. There is a wide variety of restaurants about 15 mins from Gulf Shores at Foley. There is also a large outlet mall with some great stores to shop at. The owners are very nice, helpful and worked with us on the dates we wanted to stay. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a good priced, good location place to stay.

Hi, We just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the condo and the Gulf Shores area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The condo was in a great location within walking distance to some restaurants and stores and was also in a great location to the beach. We loved that within 100 steps from the condo we were on the beach which was not overcrowded. The kids loved using the boogie boards and you had plenty of beach chairs for our family of 5! Thank you for sharing your Gulf Shores treasure!

We had a great time in your condo. The weather was perfect, the condo was awesome, and the owner’s were very helpful. The beaches were clean, no oil anywhere. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with everything that you need for a perfect vacation. The photos do not show any justice to this condo, it’s even better in person. The unit was quiet and private. The pool is huge and great for kids and adults. The neighbor’s at the complex are nice and friendly. You have to see this condo to appreciate it. The rates are great too. We have already asked for rates for next year. We will be back for sure. I give this condo and the owner’s 5 stars. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

We had a great time. The unit was ultra clean, everything worked. (You do have a broken door shelf in the fridge, but you told me you had a replacement coming). The beach was lovely till the last two days when some tar balls started coming in. We loved having the use of the umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and the inner tube! We will definitely return. Your custodian here was very nice to us also. Oh....the pool is awesome and BIG!
