Follow the hardwoods upstairs to the dual bunk beds, and two beautifully decorated queen bedrooms. The master boasts a large bathroom complete with dual vanities and walk-in shower and the other full bath is shared.
One more staircase and you realize just why the cottage is named Phenomenon! With a tower perfect for an afternoon cocktail and a 360 degree view of the town and the gulf....you'll never want to leave!
Phenomenon is located near the adult pool, heated family pool, fitness center, tennis courts, croquet lawn, and only a few steps to the town square and beaches.
The Seaside Amenity Card is included with all "IN Season" rentals (March 10-September 3). It is available other times subject to additional charge.

Great house ! We came for the fourth of July weekend. Nice big great room with kitchen & eight person dining table . ( Never ate on it , but played games & worked on puzzles) Grilled out , & had dinner on the back lanai. Bedrooms spacious with plenty of storage space for clothes & toiletries. Big bathrooms also. Loved our stay & felt very much at home . Seasides fourth of July festivities are not to be missed. Spectacular !

Loved everything about this house. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Plenty of room, were there with another family and worked out perfectly. Great location!!!! Easy walk to beach, shops and downtown. Can't wait to go again.

Mark made this last-minute reservation easy. The house is beautiful. It's spotless (and I'm very OCD about that), quiet and gorgeous.

Our trip to Seaside was a bit of a last minute decision, so ending up in Phenomenon was a great treat! We have vacationed every year in Seaside for the last 7 years, and usually stay in a different home every time. Phenomenon was, by far, the best home we have rented. Clean, feels like new, and a fantastic location - steps from the adult pool, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach or town. We're already looking into planning a trip back to Phenomenon next year!

Great House- very neat, clean, and comfy. Location is right next door to fitness center, family pool, adult pool, and playground...a bit far from the beach- especially if you have very small children-- although a nice bike ride if you don't. Also a bike ride away from the other pool. The only time we got in our car the whole week was to go to the grocery store- we rode bikes everywhere (we brought our own- the house does not provide them- but plenty of rental places in Seaside)- Close to town, shops, restaurants, etc. The bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds- which make this house great for a big family or perfect for 2 families with 2 children each.

We stayed at Phenomenon with my best friend and her family. The house was great for two familes. The "adult" rooms were very even/same size so there was not problem as to who got which room. The kids all stayed in the bunk room (kids age 7 to 2) and that worked out well. It's a great house to vacation in as the rooms are all upstairs so no one gets awakened by noise downstairs. It's a great location. Nice, new, clean house. Sandpiper Realty did a great job checking on us and tending to any issues we had (needed a cookie sheet and a broom). We were very pleased with this house and will most likely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Phenomenon! The location was absolutely perfect, and the home was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and so close to everything we wanted to get to (beach, town, playground). We will definitely stay there again!
