We are also pleased to announce that beginning Spring 2010 we will begin accepting reservations for periods of less than a full week. All reservations will be restricted to a minimum of 3 nights. Rental rates have been designed to offer guests the maximum rental benefit for reservations lasting 7 nights and beginning and concluding on Saturday. Guests requesting reservations of less than a full week will find the most favorable pricing occurs for visits scheduled between Saturday and Thursday. Premium rental rates will apply for reservations of less than a week that includes both Friday and Saturday.
Reservations for less than 3 nights will only be accepted if availability exists and no reservation of less than 3 nights can be made more than 48 hours prior to requested arrival date. Premium rental rates apply for any reservation of less than 3 days.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 6 and features a King Size bed in the Owner suite, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom. Your comfort is our goal - for this reason we limit the number of persons allowed into this property to 6. We will address individual exceptions to our rental policy on a case by case basis and any exception to this policy requires PREAPPROVAL by Kilgore Realty.
