Twin Palms Condo Villas was built in 2003, this unit (Villa #3) was just completely renovated in April 2009. This is a ground floor End-Unit Studio Villa with a Pool View, Large Patio and parking directly out the front door. It’s only a very short walk down a dead-end beach road to Siesta Beach (approx 50 yards/meters to Crescent Beach access). No streets to cross going to the beach! Unit has a large walk-in shower w/ new double sliding glass doors and hand-held shower head, a new Simmons "pillow-top" Queen Bed w/ all new bedding, 4 new pillows and a new Tommy Bahama Rattan ceiling fan over the bed. The unit also has a Twin size "Roll Away" folding bed (max 150 lbs on Roll-Away bed) and a "Sleeper-Chair" leather reclining chair (for children under 4 feet tall). This Studio Villa can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children.
Villa has high-speed internet service (WiFi and wire access), Cable TV with 300+ channels (including: HBO, Showtime, Cinemax) on a 27" TV w/ DVD/CD player, and phone w/ unlimited local and long distance calling to all USA and Canadian locations. This end-unit Villa is light and very bright and has mirrored privacy-tinted glass so you can see out but no one can see in your unit! This unit also includes 4 folding Beach Chairs, a full size (6 foot) Canvas Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, a full kitchen w/ cookware, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker.
This Studio Villa is set up to accommodate Long Term Monthly Tenants or Short Term Three Night or Weekly Tenants in comfort!

For the all around perfect Tropical beach bungalow vacation experience, it really doesn't get any better than this at any price. Local Realtors have called the Twin Palms Condo Units a "Best Buy Beachside Vacation Experience" on Siesta Key since Twin Palms was built in 2003. The Beach Chairs and full sized Canvas Beach Umbrella in this unit rent for $20 a day at the beach rental stands but are included in this unit for free! Enjoy!!!

Siesta Beach has been categorized as the finest, whitest sand beach in the world. The sand is so white that it reflects the sunlight and does not get hot.

I recently bought the unit and completely renovated it including all new cookware, glasses, bed, bedding, pillows and linens. I've also included 4 folding Beach Chairs, a full size 6 foot Canvas Beach Umbrella and Beach Towels! I hope to build up a book of guests who will come back year after year and make this their "beach pad" too! -ENJOY!
