Kingston Plantation was planned as a Master Community with planning to every detail. From the moment guests and owners enter the Plantation, the impression is one of being immersed in a Resort Oasis. Walking paths, lakes, black swans, and so much more. Near the entrance sits the 50,000 square foot Sports and Health Club surrounded by nine lighted clay and hard tennis courts and outside pool and spa. Inside are three squash and racquetball courts, aerobics studio, cardiovascular room, and separate weight rooms. This is also the building housing the main indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. In Kingston Plantation alone, there are more than 15 separate pools with some catering to individual communities.
At the Embassy Suites Hotel in Kingston Plantation and walking distance from Margate Towers, amenities are plentiful ranging from restaurants, Starbucks Coffee, indoor and outdoor bars, and the popular Splash Water Park. This park has been chosen as one of the top 10 Resort Water Parks in the country in 2007. A one half mile boardwalk connects the Embassy Suites with all the oceanfront condominium buildings and now also connects to our sister property, Kingston Shores. Kingston Shores features the Myrtle Beach Hilton and the Royale Palms Condominium Tower and more amenities are found there and are available for guests and owners of Kingston Plantation.
Dining options within Kingston Plantation are numerous. Within the Embassy Suites Hotel, you will find the Omaha Steakhouse. This oceanfront restaurant is open 5:00 till 10:00 p.m. daily. Along with a fine selection of Omaha Steakhouse's Private Reserve steaks, you can enjoy a variety of appetizers, soups, salads and other entr?es in an oceanfront setting. Adjacent to the Omaha steakhouse is the Fisheye Grill, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Buffet breakfasts, seafood sandwiches, and low-country, influenced seafood specialties give diners multiple choices, while enjoying the views of the ocean and Kingston pools. - Recreational opportunities within Kingston Plantation are numerous. Aside from the obvious beach activities, there is so much more to do. Several freshwater lakes weave in and out throughout the villas and offer over 20 acres of fishing. Since Kingston Plantation is a private community, no fishing license is required. Carp, bream, and large mouth bass are plentiful in this lake. Another unique feature of this lake are black swans that inhabit this water. The original developers from England had this idea, as they were a feature on Winston Churchill's estate. You will notice that all of the communities have English names so there is obviously an English theme throughout. There are also more than 15 pools within Kingston Plantation and Kingston Shores. The Splash Pool complex by the Embassy suites has been rated one of the top resort water parks in the United States. This is an area with water slides, water buckets, water guns, and a lazy river!

With Kingston Plantation, you are surrounded within a 145 acre Resort and you have the ocean, lakes for fishing (no license required, as the Resort is private), walking trails throughout entire plantation, numerous pools, SPLASH Park, activities for your children, Health & Sports Club (50,000 Sq Ft), Tennis Courts and much more. Of course, my husband loves to walk over to Starbucks each morning and in the evening he takes the kids to enjoy a smoothie in the wagon and listen to the band play outdoors beside the SPLASH. The band is there for your enjoyment daily, FREE of charge. Our teenager loves to fish off the Apache Pier which is located right next to the Margate Towers and they have band everynight during the summer that we can enjoy from our balcony or you can enjoy it on th pier until 11:00pm.

My husband and I enjoy the beach with our 3 children and Myrtle Beach has been one of our favorite vacations since we were children. We decided to purchase property there as a second home for our family and we love it! Myrtle Beach has so many things to offer, whether you are just needing a relaxing weekend or ready to go out for casual dining, fine dining or take in some shows.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is wondeful, by far one of the nicest ones we've stayed at. It's spacious, has great decor, and a fantastic balcony where we spend many mornings and evenings with family. The condo and property itself was incredibly clean - something that was commented on by everyone that we were travelling with. I would highly recommend it - and hope to be back ourselves!

This great condo was everything we expected, needed, and more. The view from the spacious balcony and the rest of the condo was amazing. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for our cooking and entertaining needs. We were able to get to the beach in a minute. Sherri's detailed emails were invaluable, as this was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. She was very easy to work with and prompt in her replies. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to see the grandchildren.

We ariived on Sunday and stayed for a week. The condo is in a beautiful location and the beach was wonderful. the condo itself was beautiful and the balcony was great. we stayed either on the beach or on the balcony. the veiw was just outstanding. it was so nice waking up in the mornings and sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves from the ocean and enjoying the view. it was so relaxing, we had a wonderful time. thanks Sherri, for letting is stay in your place.

We loved this Place! We stayed from July 24th -31 st 2010. We drove from Toronto Canada 14 plus hours to find a place we can call our 2nd home! This unit is huge and the balcony is huge. I like the black iron furniture on the balcony , looked like all the other units had that cheap plastic stuff! We will be back again,but will reserve earlier to get more days.

We booked early in 2010 and stayed from July 17th-July24th. Working with the owners is definitely the way to go! Sherri makes certain your family vacation is hassle free. The Condo itself is beautiful! It is well furnished with all that you can ask for. YOU will find it difficult to leave the balcony with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pools at The Embassy (A 5 minute Stroll) as well the Margate duo-tiered pool with a hotub. I can't imagine doing Myrtle Beach again without staying at Sherri's #2506. I spoke to many unhappy vacationers staying at Kingston accomodations who spent more money for much less. This is truly, the get-away place to get-away to. We will be going again next year, just longer and look forward to working with Sherri again.

This is by far the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in- upscale everything- including decor and linens. Fantastic location and it was immaculately clean. I would recommend this unit to everyone-- I know we will be back.
