Unit # 915 is on the ninth floor (Penthouse level) of the building. It is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which has been newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very roomy with a table and 4 chairs to relax outside. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The living room and master bedroom have balcony access with the same spectacular views. Mild breezes flow through the condo which keeps it very comfortable. Air conditioning is in both bedrooms, but is rarely needed. Maid service is available 6 days a week.
Our condo is in the heart of “Old Town” Puerto Vallarta. You are within walking distance of the best shopping, restaurants, and beaches in Puerto Vallarta. A car rental service is just outside the condo should you want to venture out. Taxi’s are also readily available. Booking for boat tours , snorkeling, fishing, parasailing and more is available on the beach and throughout “Old Town” Puerto Vallarta. A beautiful swimming pool is located on the roof of the building. The beach area in front of the condo is very relaxing with beach chairs under “palapas” (Umbrella’s made out of palm branches). A beach front restaurant in the Condominium will provide food and drink service on the beach. The food is excellent and the service is great!!

We all have traveled to Puerto Vallarta over several years. Each time it's beauty and the opportunity to just "relax and enjoy life" has drawn us there. In 2004 we all decided to pool our resources and purchase a condo in this beautiful city.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are several things about our condo that you will enjoy. However, there are three that I, as an owner, particularly love. I enjoy just heading down to the beach in front of the condo and relaxing with a good book and a cool drink. The condo restaurant provides delicious food and Rafael and Mariano provide excellent service as you relax under one to the palapas on the beach. The second thing is going back to the condo at the end of the day and sitting on the balcony while the sun sets. The view is spectacular! The last thing is strolling to one of many great restaurants within walking distance for a relaxing dinner. Afterward, a stroll along the beach is a must.
