The backyard is surrounded by 125 acres of flourishing trees and plants. This house is extremely versatile and is ideal for accommodating parties for the following purposes: family vacations (for a single family or even four), family reunions, corporate rentals (retreat-sales/training boot camp, employee benefits, client benefits),weddings, and all of your other special occasions (retirement party, bachelor party, birthday party).

The shopping, restaurants, and its views are desirable for any age. The bay beach is 3 minutes away. You can rent boats, kayaks, and even a sail boat for the right price. The fishing is astonishing and is located 35 minutes away in Montauk. Nightlife: Jet East, Star Room, Roccos a la Playa, La Supernica, and all of the other Sag bars. You have the opportunity to rub elbows with the celebrities and elite.
