- The house is located 5 minutes from the Village of Sag Harbor. The shopping, restaurants, and its views are desirable for any age. The bay beach is 3 minutes away. You can rent boats, kayaks, and even a sail boat for the right price. The fishing is astonishing and is located 35 minutes away in Montauk. Nightlife: Jet East, Star Room, Roccos a la Playa, La Supernica, and all of the other Sag bars. You have the opportunity to rub elbows with the celebrities and elite.
