Our cozy beach home was completely remodeled in 2009. It has two bedrooms, a futon in the den and one bath. The interior is tiled throughout. It is located mid-island, directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy your morning coffee at the community park on the back bay that is located at the end of our street. You will love the beauty of Estero Bay and may even see some dolphins at play. Enjoy a dip the private pool and hot tub as you relax under the blue skies. Don't forget to take an evening stroll to the beach and experience some of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see.
Fort Myers Beach offers miles of pristine sandy beaches, wonderful shelling, and a wide variety of water sports including jet skiing, parasailing, swimming, fishing, and boating. Jet ski and boat rentals are available. The Bay Oaks Recreational Facility is less than a mile away and has tennis courts, basketball, and a large community pool with water slides and lifeguards for the kids.
Our home has everything you will need to make your vacation a memorable one. You will find games for the kids, bikes to ride, a gas grill, beach chairs, pool floats, beach towels, linens, and a whole lot more.
We are conveniently located within walking distance to the new Publix grocery store, the Trolley stop and a number of bars and restaurants.
While smoking is strictly prohibited in our home, you may feel free to smoke outside on the pool deck or front porch.

Just returned from our holiday trip to beautiful Ft. Myers Beach where our family and another family shared this beautiful beach house rental. We would recommend this rental to anyone wishing to truly get away from it all. Rhonda is friendly and helpful and made sure that our stay was delightful. Thank you for everything, Rhonda. It was tough for us to leave and return to cold and cloudy Illinois. If we could spend every Christmas on the beach in your home we would!

My grandkids and I just returned from spending our vacation in this bit of paradise and it was fabulous! Everything was even better than the pictures and the owners were so attentive to our needs and wants. The youngest child asked when we could go back for another visit and that was even before we had left for home! I highly recommend this property to everyone. Enjoy!

Just returned home from our trip to beautiful Ft.Myers Beach. Upon putting our deposit down a couple of months prior to our slated arrival we had the opportunity to speak to Rhonda who was absolutely charming. We decided to rent from her not so much because of the attraction to her listing but because of how gracious and laid back she was. Her personality is very warm and she makes you feel relaxed long before your vacation ever starts. Thank you Rhonda! There are no pictures that could capture what this rental has to offer. You can read the description but it doesn't convey it's every appeal. First, the remodeling job that was done is a work of art. It is like a brand new house,so clean and bright! There was so much more room than we anticipated judging from the photos. The decor was in great taste and very comfortable with every amenity imagineable. Aside from the usual tv's, radio's and brand new appliances there are zillions of board games,books and playing cards. We really felt more like guests staying in a good friends house than renters. The pool area and backyard was awesome too. Very private and extremely well kempt. There's an outside sink, refridgerator and pool stereo too. We have been renting houses for many,many years from one coast to the next and have never had a better time or stayed in a lovlier home. Period. We will definitely be returning to "Zen House" next year!

What a great beach home with wonderfull owners! My wife & I stayed the month of Febuary 2011 with our yellow lab. Everything we needed was there and in good condition. The ocean & back bay fishing were a very short walk away. If something was desired the owners were a phone call away with great response time!

This is the first time we've done a vacation away from family and were concerned, but this house made it worth it!!! Rhonda and Bob are outstanding to deal with and make everything convenient and easy and the house has everything we needed. We have a 4 and 6 year old boys and they didn't want to leave!! Definitely will go back.

We recently spent a wonderful weekend at this lovely home. Very comfortable with modern ammenities and less than a block to the beach and a pool to jump in at night...lol. This was a great place to RELAX.... Perfect!!

This beach house was perfect for our family! Comfortable, cozy, homey and not pretentious at all. Just a short walk to the beach and the heated pool was great to dip in afterwards. We had a car but choose to take the trolly to dinner one night. How fun...the kids loved it. Can't wait to go back!!

We recently stayed at this home for a local mini vacation. It was the perfect setting for our family of five. Everything you could possibly want is there a fenced yard for the kids to play in, a screened in pool, a grill, and linens including beach towels! We can't wait to go back for our next vacation.
