We found that this community has everything to offer at a great value. A person renting our condo only pays $19 to golf on our beautiful course compared to $60 or more during season in other golf communities. The accommodations are elegant, the facilities are first class, the location is wonderful, and the views are spectacular.

Mike and Rona Dugan are the owners of this new vacation getaway. In the summer we live in Penna. near our grandkids, and in the winter, here in beautiful SW Florida. We have owned our own piece of paradise for 10 years after renting for 4, and love every minute of it. We know what made us happy and we want to pass it on to you.
