A person renting our condo only pays $26 to golf on our beautiful course compared to $100 or more during season in other golf communities. The accommodations are elegant, the facilities are first class, the location is wonderful, and the views are spectacular.

Mike and Rona Dugan are the owners of this new vacation getaway. In the summer we live in Penna. near our grandkids, and in the winter, here in beautiful SW Florida. We have owned our own piece of paradise for 10 years after renting for 4, and love every minute of it. We know what made us happy and we want to pass it on to you. My husband and I had the pleasure of renting this condo for the month of February 2011. The condo is exactly as represented in the pictures except the lanai furniture is even nicer. We enjoyed using the electric BBQ on the lanai and spent a lot of time watching the golfers on hole number 14. My husband and I paid a total of $44 for 18 holes of golf and found the course to be challenging but lots of fun to play. The Chelsea tee time system works really well, especially if you are trying to book for a twosome. Mike and Rona were friendly, easy to contact and eager to make sure that we were completely satisfied. The home is beautifully decorated, and contains everything you will require for a comfortable and enjoyable time.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I were very happy with this condo rental. The kitchen is gorgeous and it was a pleasure to cook in it. The living room decor was very tastefully done and the furniture was very comfortable. We spent many happy hours in the lanai overlooking the golf course. The king-sized bed was a nice treat and the mattress was unbelievable. The condo was sparkling clean. And the owner was very easy to communicate with. All of this, combined with great golfing prices, made for a wonderful two-month visit. We can highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
