  My family and I had a great time at Jill's beautiful house. This house is very clean and nicely decorated, and that's coming from someone who is very picky, trust me! Jill is very pleasant to deal with and she kindly answers any questions that may arise. We're not really into skiing, so the trench out back was perfect for us to have some wonderful snow play without having to go anywhere else. We would definitely love to come back for another visit in the future!

  We couldn't a more perfect place to have our group event. This home is spacious, beautifully decorated, it has amazing views of the hills, the kitchen area and living room area face each other, indoor and outdoor hallways to put your gear on, cozy fireplace, it was the perfect set up to entertain and cook yummy foods. The process was incredibly easy, Jill is an amazing renter/owner, took care of our every question from beginning to end of out trip. They also have a second home on the same street, which we also rented, since our group was so large. Thank you so much again guys for allowing us to stay at both of your beautiful homes. :D We look forward to coming back! :)

  Our group of 9 stayed at this wonderful cabin for a weekend of skiing and tubing! We had a great time! The description was exact. The photos were right on! The property was perfectly maintained. Super close to bear mountain and snow summit. There is a great rental place right down the street that is super fast(bear mountain boards)! The owner was sweet and easy to deal. The home is really nice with plenty of room. The kids played outback and had a great time! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay! There is a huge deck out back to sit and have coffee or watch the kids play! We can't wait ti return! Thanks for sharing your nice home!

  Jill, Thank you & your family for letting us use your cabin. It was a wonderful Christmas & we had sooo much fun! We have so many memories to take from the trip. My brothers family & mine all agree this was by far the best vacation EVER!! I hope you & your family had a great Christmas & have a Happy New YEAR.   Dear Jill, What a terrific cabin! It was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend "The Dancing Bear" to my friends.

  The pictures really did no justice. The cabin was beatiful, clean and nice and warm when we arrived. Jill was wonderful to work with and always available to answer any questions. The home was very well equipped. The best part was the amazing back yard, which we enjoyed very much. Thanks Jill.

  We were very pleased with the home, it was very spacious and well stocked with all items- from kitchen utensils to bedding. The home was clean and neat, the location was perfect. We absolutely loved the large open space in the back yard- made it so easy for the children to enjoy the snow without having to pack them up and drive somewhere to find the snow. Communication with the owner was great, no questions went unanswered. I would definitely recommend "Dancing Bear" to families with children, we really enjoyed playing with the kids in the back yard and then bringing them right in for a nice cup of hot chocolate. Thank you Jill for lending us your home for our family vacation.

  My family and friends loved the place from the moment we walked in!! It's huge, well equipped and so clean. It was absolutely beautiful place to relax for the weekend with snow. We wanted to come back here sometime sooner than later when there's snow. It rained the whole time when we were there this weekend, however, we even enjoyed staying home because this cabin is huge and so comfortable. And I was so impressed by Jill, the owner, for her kindness and hospitality. I would rate her and her place AAAAA+++++++++ Thanks ~

  We absolutely love taking our Winter Vacations in Big Bear. The past 5 years we have rented a beautiful home from the Ogan's called "Dancing Bear". This home is located right by the ski resorts where my 3 boys love to spend the entire day. The nice thing about this home is that is is centrally located from the ski resorts, restaurant's, shops and snow play. We would not go anywhere else but "Dancing Bear".

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  My family and I just love DANCING BEAR! This cabin is wonderful, clean, and so perfectly suited to sledding just in the back yard it keeps the kids busy literally all day long! We love the back patio that is so big and comfortable and the scenery is beautiful! Overall I'd rate the Dancing bear an A+++ for location, cleanliness, and hospitality!
