Casa del Sol is one of the most impressive homes you will ever find in all of Hilton Head Island with 6 bedrooms and over 6,000 sq ft. This Southwestern designer home is absolutely perfect for large family vacations, golf outings, wedding parties and family reunions. Understand elegance is the best way to describe the interior of 23 Pelican. All custom built and designer decorated. This design offers a split floor plan that offers 3 bedrooms in the east wing and 3 bedrooms in the west wing with rooms on 3 different levels to provide privacy and quiet. The home has splendid moldings and columns, solid wood doors, wainscoting and chair rails, 12 foot ceilings with light coves and rounded ceilings and arches just begin to describe the welcoming appeal of this wonderful home.
The design for this exciting home has created a grand and spectacular central great room with a striking 2 story stone fireplace, built in bookshelves, dual wicker ceiling fan with wood coffered ceilings with special mood lighting. The main floor offers a great room, kitchen, formal dining room, laundry room, 2 king bedrooms, powder room and media room. The outside pool and Jacuzzi is completely private and has a waterfall from the Jacuzzi into the pool. It is a completely screened lanai and has a complete outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. There is also an poolside bathroom equipped with a built in sauna/steam room.
The massive chef style gourmet kitchen is separated from the great room area by a granite eat-in bar and features only the finest stainless steel appliances with 3 ovens, warming drawer, heat lamps, griddle, stove, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, wine cooler, and 2 separate sink prep areas all with custom granite and top of the line cabinetry and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The dining room has a Tommy Bahama round table that seats 10 people. It has a rotundra ceiling and designer columns.
The media room has leather recliner media chairs on a platform with a sleeper sofa and console. This room is equipped with a 70” plasma T.V., surround sound, IPod docking station, and a blue ray DVD player
On the main floor, and in the east wing, is the lavish master suite with a custom built king-size pillow top bed with built-in book shelves, a very large walk in closet with shelves and drawers, a sitting area, wall mounted 42” flat screen T.V. with a IPod docking station and French doors to the pool/spa. The large master bathroom has upgraded tile work, his and her vanity, dressing mirror area, step in shower with 3 separate shower heads, and an air jetted Jacuzzi.
The 2nd bedroom on the main floor and in the west wing has a king size bed, Tommy Bahama Furniture and also has a door that walks out to the pool/spa. It has a media cabinet with a T.V. and an IPod docking station. It has a walk in closet and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and glass shower.
Seven steps lead you to the second level of the west wing which offers the 3rd bedroom which is queen size bed with a sleeper chair, and a T.V. with docking station. This room is themed in nautical that opens onto a balcony that overlooks the front courtyard. The bathroom offers a very large glass shower with double shower heads.
The 2nd level of the east wing offers the 4th bedroom which is queen size bed with a sleeper chair, and T.V. with a docking station. This room is themed safari with jungle animals throughout with doors that opens onto a balcony that overlooks the front courtyard. The bathroom offers a very large glass shower with double shower heads.
The 3rd level has a full flight of extra wide wood stairs. The east side at the top of the steps is the 5th bedroom that offers 2 queen beds, T.V. with IPod docking station, walk in closet, multi trayed ceiling with cove lighting and fan, double vanity in the bathroom, glass shower with a jetted tub.
The west side at the other end of the hallway past the game room area is the 6th bedroom with 2 queen beds, T.V. with an IPod docking station, walk in closet, multi trayed ceiling with cove lighting, double vanity in the bathroom, glass shower with a jetted tub.
The upstairs gathering area has a pub table with bar chairs, pool table, ice maker, sink, wine cooler and bar area.
This home simply has it all and it does so without ever making its guest feel cramped or uncomfortable. Located in the prestigious North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island, Casa del Sol is just a 3 minute walk to the white sandy beaches of HHI. Casa del Sol has become our group of 12's official annual retreat home. We have stayed in this property twice, and plan to return next year. The home itself is beautiful and inviting. Our group can comfortably co exist within the large kitchen, bedrooms, and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances (including multiple dishwashers and an ice maker), as well as any type of cookware and utensils you could possibly need. The pool and grill area had plenty of seating, and served as an excellent outdoor dining area. Between the theatre room, pool table, and beach and shopping within walking distance, we barely needed to leave the house for entertainment. Becky is fantastic to work with and responds very quickly to every question and request. She even called to check on our group once we arrived. I highly recommend this house - I can't say enough wonderful things about it or Becky and Luxury Concierge!Recommended for: Girls getaway.

My sisters and I plan a girls' retreat once a year. For the past two years, Casa Del Sol has been our destination. This house is awesome! The location is perfect! It is walking distance to local shops and the beach is across the street. The house is very well designed and furnished. Great indoor pool area as well! This was the perfect location for us. I am not sure we will be able to find a comparable property next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This is our second year staying here. The house is magnificent and the location is superb. It's right in the mist of everything. We were right at the beach, many places to shop & eat. There are also trails for running & walking. I would recommend this getaway to all of my family & friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Each year, we have a group of 8 guys get together for 4 days of golf and relaxation. This year we chose Hilton Head, and were lucky enough to stay at Casa Del Sol. Beautiful home - incredibly well maintained. Highlights for our group included the fantastic kitchen area, huge bedrooms, and steam shower (felt great after tough days on the courses). We used this property for a staff retreat and it was perfect as it has the right blend of private and public places. Each room was well appointed with private bathrooms while the kitchen, living room and pool room became the centers of activity. Parking accommodated 6 vehicles and the beach was within 1 block for easy access. It's not often one gets to stay in a mansion... we will return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Upon our arrival at the home, we were extremely shocked that the pictures did not do the home justice. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Midway through the vacation, we were calling it home. As a matter of fact, we spent more time in the home than we did outside of the home because it has everything that you need. The husbands were able to enjoy the NBA playoffs in the Media Room, while the ladies and kids hung out in the pool, sauna or living area. We can't forget about the pool table upstairs. We invented a game called "kiddie pool". The kids/toddlers would pick up a ball from the pool table, drop it in the side pockets and scream "yes I did it". It was just absolutely phenomenal. We hope to return to Casa Del Sol real soon. Next time, we will not pack as much as we did this time. With all of the amenities within the home, you really only need to bring a few things with you. We are back in Austin and missing Casa Del Sole every day! We Highly recommend this property. The owners and services team were Excellent. Please stop by the little shop area at the intersection of Pope and North Beach (Coligny?).... Be Blessed...Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Two families with 3 college age children and 2 high schoolers were absolutely amazed at how beautiful and functional this house was. We all had our privacy and didn't feel like we were bothering anyone else with our sleeping/waking patterns. The kitchen was "to die for", and the outdoor grilling area was a griller's delight! We loved the pool and hot tub with the lanai overhead...no leaves, pine needles, or mosquitoes to bother with. The walk to the beach was nothing and we took advantage of the one garage with a refrigerator...left all the beach equipment there daily and would repack upon returning to the beach. We had bikes and used them daily...always took them to beach. The decor of this house is amazing...high quality and absolutely beautiful! We have vacationed around the globe and this is by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. We have already booked our time for next year as we realize how lucky we were to experience Casa Del Sol and didn't want to miss out on another fabulous vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Just got back from a week at this luxury home that was very comfortable and homey! Went with 3 other families and had plenty of room. Kitchen is a gourmet cooks dream, plenty of dishes, pots, pans and huge fridge. Rooms are situated so that you have plenty of privacy and you cannot hear anyone so you can actually sleep in. Beach was 5 minutes away, bike trails are at the backdoor, shopping close by. What more could this house offer. Would highly recommend this house!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family just returned home from Hilton Head. We stayed at Casa Del Sol from August 14th thru the 21st. The house is awesome. We had 18 people there and you would have never know. The house set up is wonderful because you never bothered another family if you are an early morning riser. The pool got a lot of use in the evening and the walk to the beach was perfect. We hope to visit again in the next coming years!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This home is a dream! A perfect home with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The house is warm, beautifully decorated and well-equipped for any size group. The layout of the home is such that you can't hear the noise of other guests (you the know the early morning risers or the ones who are late to bed). The walk to the beach was very short and this area of the beach wasn't crowded at all (in the middle of high season!). We had all ages in this home and it was perfect for everyone. This visit to HHI will mark our 10th year and by far Casa Del Sol was our best rental ever!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
