  We are uniquely qualified to review this property as we had the pleasure of staying at the 540 W Rancho property for multiple months. We got to know and enjoy the home like it was our own and became fast experts on the area. The home is impeccably maintained and all of the rooms and bathrooms are updated and accommodating, decorated flawlessly and with ample accouterments to make any one feel comfortable and many even pampered. It is hard to say which of the next two features is more exceptional: the incredibly well appointed chef’s kitchen or the fabulously accommodating back yard and pool area. The homeowner is an obvious chef and has every tool or implement you need to create beautiful meals in the kitchen, which is open to the family room. When the weather permits (unfortunately we were visiting in the hot summer months) there is no better place than the backyard. The yard is huge and the focal point is of course the pool. We appreciated that the pool has a shallow entry and areas, which are great for sitting and socializing and especially good for young children. There is an outdoor kitchen and multiple spots to sit out, dine and enjoy the yard. We also enjoyed the covered patio and listening to music---the backyard is wired for sound controlled from the system indoors. I must also mention how outstanding the location of this home is. If I were going to move to Phoenix, I would buy in this area. The area is called Central Phoenix and you are blocks from antique row, less than a mile from some of the tastiest and trendiest restaurants in the area and about 10 minutes from all of the cultural attractions of downtown Phoenix. For us being close to all of the offerings of Phoenix made it so easy to run out to enjoy a museum or restaurant then come back “home” to relax and regroup. Also less than a half-mile away is every big box store (Target, Wal-Mart, Costco) and a fantastic movie theatre. All this and it is under fifteen minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. Bottom line, this is a vacation rental like no other. This is a home, not a spartan, soul-less condo so like so many other VRBOs offered in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The homeowner was warm, gracious and accommodating from the first conversation we had with her. She was flexible and made herself very available when we had questions or needs. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay or our experience except for having been there in the winter months!

  The house was absolutely wonderful! The owner did a great job making sure everything was ready for our stay and was very flexible with an early check-in and a late check-out to accomodate our flight schedules! The home had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there! We are already talking about going back next year! Centrally located, close to everything, but my favorite part was just having coffee and so many laughs by the pool!

  The home was above and beyond our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and impeccably clean. Truly a home away from home. In addition, it was centrally located making our stay in Phoenix convenient to everything and every place we wanted to go and see. The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome and I left feeling as though I had made a new friend. My family is already talking about a return stay in this beautiful home and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

  This property was unbelievable! It had everything we needed and more. We thought it was even bigger than it looked in the photos. We didn't even use one of the bedrooms, and there were 4 adults in our party. It was VERY clean and well maintained. There are no words to describe the beautiful backyard. You can even pick grapefruit and oranges right off the tree! The owner was one of the nicest people we have ever met. She made sure we had everything we needed and was great for recommending places to eat. She never steered us wrong. We were traveling with an infant, and the owner went out of her way to make sure the baby had everything. She even arranged for us to have an exersaucer. This property is in a great location..close to downtown, malls, sporting events. We would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation rental. We are actually thinking of going back next year.

  When I was making arrangements, the owner asked if we would like some Christmas decorating done since we would be staying the week of Christmas. WOW! Did my "yes, OK" answer ever get a beautiful result. This home is every bit as lovely as described and the owner has amazing taste. The expansive kitchen provided every item a gourmet cook could desire. The family room was so cosy and comfortable. The decorator touches were everywhere. The bedrooms and bathrooms were on a scale of a 5 star hotel. We certainly enjoyed a special time and would highly recommend this property.

  We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home - everything was so comfortable and spacious. There was room for everyone to spread out. Maury particularly liked having the office space where he could do business in the a.m. before everyone else got up. P.S. Thanks also for the use of the bikes - we all loved them! We bought a helmet for our grand-daughter and she just loved going to Starbucks almost every day for a" smoothie", and riding around the beautiful neighborhood. Thanks again - we loved staying here!   The pictures only begin to capture the comfort and warmth of this amazing home! The property is immaculate from the front porch with its homey rockers to the large pool in the backyard. The owner is easilly accessible and answered all questions throughoughly. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a centrally located, beautiful getaway...women's weekend or as I did, with my 4 kids! They loved the pool and the big screen tv as well as the comfy kitchen for informal snacks...

  I have stayed at this location on several occasions. The property is immaculately kept. The pool and barBQ area is delighted and comfortable ...adds living space to an already spacious kitchen and family room area. My 4 children love this property...it accomodated us beautfifully. Sitting on the front porch enjoying the landscape or swimming in the pool, our visits here have been wonderful. We will definitely book this property for all Phoenix visits in the future! Thanks to the owner for making it a wonderfully warm "home away from home" I recommend it highly ! Kaye and kids
