This is one of the best places to stay in all of Provincetown! We've been coming to PT for almost 20 years - staying in different places always looking for the perfect retreat. Guess what? This is it! This West End hideaway is renovated to perfection with every detail accounted for. It's decorated impeccably. The furnishings are upscale and the quality is apparent. The two large bedrooms and two full baths (each with double sinks) makes it a perfect space for two couples. The pull out couch in the easily converted sunroom makes it a perfect space for a short midweek guest. The kitchen is perfectly appointed and encouraged us to cook in rather than go out for every meal. The open concept made it easy to cook/eat/visit with our friends all week long. The roof top deck is absolutely stunning! One of the best views in town and appointed with high end comfortable outdoor furniture. We had our coffee almost every morning and our cocktails almost every evening up there. The gorgeous sunrise/sunsets and stargazing are the best. We recommend a blanket, a glass of wine and a stargazing app on your phone~ The place was clean and spotless and the owners were great during the booking process. It's just a short 5 min walk to the center of town - making it close enough yet far enough away to have peace and quiet when we wanted it. We would definitely recommend this condo and can't wait to stay here again. Enjoy beautiful PT! Rob & Dan and Rocco & BruceDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My husband, son, daughter in-law and two-year old granddaughter had a spectacular time in Provincetown this summer, both fun and relaxing. This condo was just perfect for us... the sunny, bright, spacious layout was awesome.... the decor, stunning. Our grandchild soundly slept in her portacrib in the "office," so we all had plenty of private space. A fully-equipped kitchen made our family breakfasts fun and easy. The pictures really do not do this accommodation justice, and the location is ideal...quiet and convenient... a very short walk to all restaurants, shops and waterfront (and even the grocery store!). My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed their backgammon games on the rooftop deck at dusk, and my daughter in-law and I enjoyed all the little "home-y" amenities and the fact that it was spotless on arrival. Speaking for myself, the long runs along the beach road to Race Point early in the morning were priceless. The entire rental process was pleasant and simple, thanks to Rob (one of the owners). All in all, our expectations were exceeded, and we each had the vacation we hoped for... we will definitely plan a return trip.Owner response: Thanks Denise for the great review! We really appreciate it.

Exactly, as described. Even more then what we were looking for in a PT rental. This was our 4th Vaca in PT & each time my wife & I (M62, F61) have attempted to get a little closer to town without being directly subjected to town noise. This Condo in the West End is absolutely beautiful (& quiet). It was spit shined & freshly decorated (my wife wanted the soft paint colors). The appliances are all modern & the kitchen is fully equipped. The 2 bedrooms are furnished with Kings & are quite spacious as is the rest of the living area of this Condo. And did I mention there are 4 Fujitsu Split A/C Units (extremely quite), we used 2 of them & this kept the place quite comfortable. This Unit has a roof top deck with a wonderful view (both day & night), however, the climb to the roof top is not for the faint of heart (it's a long way down), & the stairs could use some type of discreet lighting for those wishing to use the deck area @ night. We dealt directly with Rob & we always had a method of contact ... We had to ask him a couple of questions & we asked where to find the face clothes we assumed would be provided. Finding out there was not any, we would have been happy to purchase them, but what did Rob do? To my amazement Rob had face clothes delivered to us. The process of renting this Condo was very user friendly with any questions being handled via email & once the Condo was inspected upon our departure our Security Deposit was immediately returned. To summarize ... this Condo is delightful. The only reason I might not return is it is twice the size of what my wife & I need. However, not knowing which of our children's families might visit (or friends) this place was perfect & so was our host. I would recommend this place to anyone with the exception of those with mobile disabilities. Best breakfast place ... Cafe Edwige. Our thanks to our host Rob & Dave for allowing us the privilege of enjoying this wonderful property for our 2011 vacation. Ken & Mary ...Owner response: Thanks for the great review Ken! Since your visit we *did* put lighting on the steps leading up to roof deck on Labor Day weekend, so be rest assured any ascent or descent will be done with ease. :)

WOW, what a place. After spending a week at this home, I called a friend and said " this is how I want you to renovate the first floor of my house" In addition to a phenomenal layout. The place was very very clean and had all the amenities of a luxury condo. It is a very quiet street, yet close enough to town. "all" of my visitors loved it when visiting, and have asked If I would be staying there again. I loved the private deck off the master bedroom along with the exclusive outdoor yard space . The rooftop deck took your breathe away. After vacationing in P-town for many many years, this will now be my place of choice, and I highly recommend it to anybody who may be reading this. I did not need to call the owners for anything, but my dealings with them for the booking were very accommodating. Again, this is a very clean and well maintained property.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We thought this property was as close as you could get to a perfect vacation rental. The house was well decorated, furnished with high end appliances, great cookware, new air conditioning units. This home is surrounded by windows on all four sides, giving an airy and spacious feel. The roof deck on top of the house was the icing on the cake. Every detail was thought out, including internet access, cable TV, and printer access. We enjoyed staying at the house some of the days to relax, as we did walking Provincetown. After staying here, we felt that we never needed to look any further for Provincetown rental.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The house is beautiful and quiet. Everything is so modern and clean. We were so close to P-town but not in the middle of everything-which is perfect for us. Every night we walked into town for dinner or just dessert and loved everything about the town. The house was full of everything I needed when I cooked in too! Everyone loved the crows nest lounge area. We felt like royality. Thank you Rob and Dave. We can't wait to get back. We hear our P-town home calling to us :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
