Great place to stay. Large place with big bedrooms and kitchen and located in peaceful and beautiful garden. Close walk to the ferry, bike rentals, and east side galleries, shops, and restaurants. Shawn is quick to respond and super helpful.

The condo is amazing. Beautiful and sunny - everything you’d want for a perfec stay in ptown. Joe is the best owner - super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!
We couldn't have been happier to stay in this beautiful apartment for three nights. It was super comfortable with all you could possibly need. The decor is stunning with lots of natural light provided by beautiful windows and French doors to the deck. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck amongst the flowers and plants in the early am and late afternoons to enjoy the solitude and the distant water view with boats in the bay. Would love to stay there again for longer! The owner is a good communicator as well. Highly recommend!
We just spent a week with our 2 kids (4yo and 4mo). We have stayed at many places around town over the years and this was by far the biggest. Excellent space, well maintained, and everything we needed to manage a kid and a newborn.
Neighbors were very friendly, introduced themselves and offered suggestions around town. Added to a very nice atmosphere.
The one downside was that we needed to walk along Bradford a short distance before we could cut down to commercial street. Anyone who has been to Ptown knows Bradford is less pedestrian friendly. It was only a half block and there were places to pull over to let cars go by, so it was doable with our stroller.
We would definitely consider it again in the future and suggest it to others, especially those who need a little more space.

Although small and of an older era, this was a neat, clean, fully functional space decorated with a minimalist beachy vibe which I love. The views were amazing from the porch and we were able to pull our 17 'Boston Whaler close enough to the beach without having to get more than ankle deep to jump on or off. Location for a stay in Ptown was PERFECT. We were close enough to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment on Commercial Street, yet far enough that it was peaceful and retreat like at the house. Our hosts were a delight. They were great with communication and happy to give us history and information about places to go on our visit.
