Exquisitely charming historic cottage located directly on the water. Have breakfast on your private deck as the sun rises, kayak/paddle board in the calm bay, enjoy long quiet walks on the beach, have a glass of wine and watch the sun set over Provincetown, and then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean and seagulls. A peaceful oasis close to the galleries, restaurants, and shops of Provincetown.

The location is great, with great views over the bay. The bungalow had everything we required for our stay. The only downside is the noise of traffic when trying to get to sleep; but after the first night we got used to it.

Tony and Steve have such a peaceful property. It was great to meet them finally. This was our second year in a row and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you want to get away and unplug. Doesn't get any better than a Dune Shack.

Perfect Escape

We had a fantastic time in cottage 12. It was everything we were looking for. We want to come back next year and rent both cottage 12 and 13 for 3 nights if available. The proximity to the ocean and local stores was perfect. Easy bike ride into town.

Perfect little getaway

This was the perfect spot for to relax. Anthony was such a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations. The views were amazing and it is an 8 minute drive to Provincetown. Would love to stay here again!

Great spot for solo respite!

Bungalow had everything I needed for a quick, quiet getaway. Stayed during the fall on some rainy days but was still happy to be inside the quaint space and able to have a clear view of the beach and water. Definitely a do again!

A beautiful spot overall, far removed from the town. A few caveats: it is on a main road so you hear the bus going by all the time (can’t avoid it really because there isn’t much land at that point of the Cape anyways). And it also wasn’t as private as advertised, in reality, there are two other cottages pressed right next to this one so you have to get cozy with the neighbors. Otherwise, the cottage itself is neat and tidy, the front porch is a nice spot to hang out and watch the ocean. About 10 minutes of driving from P-town. The beach is right down the stairs from the porch.

My wife and I had a great time. Classic beach cottage 75' from back door to the water. Our stay was in October so the area was pleasantly quiet with little traffic as was the beach. Plan to return.

Tranquil Bliss by the Ocean

I had the pleasure of staying at this immaculate beachfront cabin, and I was thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the cabin was exceptional, creating an inviting and comfortable environment. The cabin's proximity to the beach allowed for breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves just steps away. This was the perfect serene getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat on the Cape.

Lovely

This cottage is so cute and cozy, and it’s also super functional. I stayed during the off season and it was so peaceful to sit on the deck in a sweatshirt and just enjoy the beach. The check in process was easy and convenient and the hosts are very communicative and kind. I would definitely come back here.

A hidden gem

This little cabin is among a set of bungalows that are just amazing. Cozy, clean, and separated from the other ones, you can easily forget you have neighbors. Slide open the door to your patio and sleep with the sound of the sea. which is just a mere 80 feet away! Very small, so highly recommended for no more than two people.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Our Memorial Day weekend get-away was a good time regardless of the very soggy weather. Had we been in a hotel room my experience would probably have been quite different but because of the location and beachy, cozy vibe of this bungalow our time at the Cape was very enjoyable. What a sweet place! The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. The owners were always available to answer any questions. Can’t beat the location to P-town. The Days Market just down the street was our “go-to” for lobster rolls. So good! Would love to return when the weather is cooperating so that we could use the beach right outside the patio door. Highly recommend for a couple.

Absolutely Perfect

Everything about this cottage was perfect. We loved the way it was decorated, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful little details! The view was AMAZING! We arrived about 10 min before sunset and quickly set up outside to watch in awe. We did this every night, and I can tell you it didn't get old! We had no needs while there, but I am confident Tony and Steve would have been quick to reply. They messaged us the day of arrival to let us know the property would be available early. We look forward to returning again in the spring or early summer!

We so enjoyed our stay. The place is great for 2 people, is so quaint and right on the beach! Cant beat that. Very clean and very comfortable.
