  Nice relaxing villa with beaufiul landscape. Miki, next door was very sweet and helpful. The only issue we had was there was no coffee maker. Other than that we liked it very much.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

  My family stayed at this vacation home for Christmas week and it was the perfect place for our visit to TCI. The owners met us at the airport (!), we followed them to the house, and they took the time to show us everything we needed to know at their villa. With our family, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house was everything we needed. It was immaculately clean, and felt like a brand new house...it even included beach chairs and an umbrella for our visits to the beach. The house has a full, modern kitchen, living and dining room, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi (on and off due to satellite stuff I think...but we didn't go there to be online), screened 1st and 2nd level porches (where I hung out most of the time), BBQ grills, pool, kayaks...on and on. The house is away from all of the resorts, but everything is very close by...a car is a must. It is located on a canal, (with an ocean view on the front side) which was great for peaceful relaxation... The only complaint, albeit very small, is that it is in the flight path of the airport. For us, we didn't care, as there aren't that many planes, and we really liked being away from the center of the tourism areas. There is also a cottage for couples who don't need the larger house for families like ours. The owners could not have been better, as they showed us their favorite secluded beach, advised us about restaurants, and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. This house is a real "find" because of all of the above, plus it's a really great value compared to the resorts. If you're going with friends, the pool area is made for entertaining with a huge grill and tables (which we never used). All in all, we picked the best place possible to stay at TCI, and our trip was everything we wanted to visit a beautiful, warm place to relax with our kids. Highest ratings from us!   We were greeted at the airport by a nice lady (who happens to be the neighbor) she took us to the house, showed us around, check on us several times to see if we needed anything. The place was obviously cleaned by a professional, it was well stocked with things like dishes, pots, towels, sheets, even some bottles of water and food. It was very clean, which made my wife happy. We had perfect weather so basically left the house every morning and came back in the evening. The pool was salt water, which was our first experience with this, very nice and warm. We snorkeled in the bay, kayaked and ate on the deck. Every room has an air conditioner that really made it cold. The house is modern and updated. The main road is about a mile away and easy to get to the other attractions on the island. The hotels in the area do not own the beaches (like here in the USA) so we were able to park ourselves right in front of a hotel. They welcomed us to use there tiki huts, chairs and in return we patron-ed them for food and drinks. The water was so clear that i was able to take some pictures of the fish from the beach . We did a snorkeling trip and tried a few places on the island, but we liked the Gracie Bay the best. We rented a dune buggy from Cacaos Wheels, but it was a piece of junk and i dont recommend that, however scooters would probably be fine. They drive on the other side of the road, and that took a little getting used too. We took a ton of pictures, the food at all the restaurants was really really good but a bit pricey but since the house was so reasonably priced and we ate breakfast every day in the house and packed some lunch stuff, i didn't mind it. Definitely would like to go back.

  FROM THE TIME WE WERE MET AT THEAIRPORT TO THE TIME WE LEFT IT WAS THE BEST TRIP WE EVER HAD, MY WIFE AND I HAVE TRAVELED QUITE A BIT AND WE WERE SO IMPRESSED AT THE WAY THE PROPERTY IS MAINTAINED. THE SETTING IS SO TRANQUIL WITH THE POOL , WATERFALL AND PRIVACY . THE FLOWERS AND COCNUT TREES , PAPAYA TREES ARE SO PERFECT FOR THE SETTING. THE SUNSETS ARE MAGIFICENT AND THE COLOR BLUE OF THE WATER IS UNREAL!!!! TWO THUMS UP FOR US. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR FOR SURE.

  My husband and I returned from a four week stay at Copper Jack Breeze Villa. The property was beautiful, well maintained and very clean. We were met at the airport by Miki, the property manager. She was terrific, helpful and responded to all our questions. The owners were wonderful and extremely nice. The beaches, activities and restaurants provided us with an enjoyable vacation. We would recommend this villa to family and friends as it is a "GEM" in paradise. Caren

  This was a great house to stay in on this amazing island. The interior is very beachy and open and the garden has beautiful palms and flowers. We grilled our meals every night on the balcony on the back of the house and ate outside on the screened in upper deck overlooking the canal. The property is very well maintained and clean. Just remember to rent a car for your entire stay so you can visit all the amazing beaches! We will be back!

  My family & I recently returned from a 10 day vacation in Provo where we rented this fabulous villa as well as the cottage ( vrbo # 333644) where we had an excellent time!! After speaking with the owners to rent these properties, I was pretty sure we had made the right choice and upon arriving we were not disappointed!! The property was even better than it looks in the photos with tons of space for my group of eight. Both the villa and the cottage are very clean and well looked after and are stocked with many extras that made our stay very comfortable. The owners are very thoughtful when it comes to their guests as all we had to bring was our clothes and groceries most everything else was provided. We spent many hours lounging by the pool or on the dock overlooking the canal and also enjoyed our early morning swims at Cooper Jack Beach about 5 minutes away. The location was great for us as we were only minutes from shopping , restaurants and the fantastic beaches. (Our favorites were Taylor Bay & Turtle Cove). Overall I don’t think I could have rented a better property or dealt with nicer owners and highly recommend renting this beautiful home to anyone looking for a relaxing place to call their own if only for a short while !!

• Beautiful Property

  This house is located on a quiet canal on a quiet dirt road located about 5 minutes (drive) from Grace Bay and 3 minutes (drive) to the supermarket. The owners were very nice and helpful when we needed assistance getting a rental car at the last minute due to an overbooking error. They also had someone available to pick up at airport. Mikki picked us up and was extremely nice and helpful as was the groundskeeper, Tony. You will need a rental car to get around as the house is located in an area that is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and the nicer beaches on the island. There is actually a small, quiet beach that is within walking distance to the house...take a left out of the driveway and go to the end of the dirt road...the mouth of the canal. This beach was quiet, clear, nice, and worth a visit, but Grace Bay is larger and has more to do/see. The house itself was very well maintained both inside and out. The decor was simple yet comfortable, the screened porches were wonderful to relax on, and the yard/pool area were also very clean and well kept. I was also delighted to find a pomegranate tree in the yard!!! The kitchen was fully equipped with much more than we expected. They had multiple grills, a cooler for the beach, a mini fridge on the porch, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker... everything! The only issue we had was that we did not have wireless internet as we had originally expected. There is a hardwire/plug available if you have a laptop...not sure if it will work. We had tablets and phones, and consequently were unable to connect to the wireless network. We were told that the wireless connection worked strongest in the guest house. When we sat on their porch we were able to get a signal, but once the other renters came we didn't want to infringe on their privacy. Thus, my only two suggestions would be to bring a laptop if you want to use the internet, and bring beach towels. Otherwise, this property was absolutely wonderful, and I would definitely stay there again. You will not be disappointed.

It was damaged during a lightning storm power failure and is being attended to. We did have beach towels on hand, but were probably left on the beach. We will also be replacing them on our next trip there withing a month or so.
