The fourth floor Gulf front balcony is in the perfect location for being able to see the activities in and by the pool as well as boardwalk. Vivacious blue accent wall in Beach front Dining Room adds a certain cheeriness to this condo that you just have to feel for yourself. An entryway foyer greets you to 4008. Say hello to your home away from home! Each bedroom has private access to its own bathroom so the layout is perfect for a double couple retreat. Beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a little skeptical about renting this condo as there were not any reviews listed, but to my pleasant surprise it was a great condo with amazing views. A large balcony overlooking the pool. There were a couple of small issues that I reported and they were taken care of that day. Great response time. I highly recommend this property and will stay here again!

The Condo looked just like the pictures online and check in and check out was easy. The view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Not worth it

The condo was dirty. All trash cans had urine in the bottom of them, there was no broom to sweep up the sand, the vacuum didn’t work. The pool was not kept clean. You had to drive anywhere you wanted to go. Was promised an umbrella and chairs, but everyone was reserving them and when I asked about that was told , for a healthy tip they would reserve one for me. I do not recommend staying there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place to stay if you don't like a busy road next to your condo. We rented 4 condos and all were excellent, clean, nice kitchens, etc. No complaints except for the seaweed but no one can control that. Will be going back for 3rd year in a row.
