Located in South Forest Beach area across from the beach and next to Coligny Plaza - a 5 minute walk to both!! Villa is the top floor end unit!
This complex is beautifully maintained with free on site tennis, swimming pool, underground parking with bike racks and an elevator. This villa is fully furnished with everything you need for a great vacation including: king size bed in upstairs master suite with TV and DVD/VCR combo, twin beds downstairs with TV /DVD, living room with pull out sofa and TV/DVD/VCR. There is also a roll away single bed in the master closet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including ice maker, blender, coffee maker etc., and the eating area is just off of the kitchen.
When you are ready to walk to the beach, feel free to use the chairs and sand toys that we have available in the villa.
High speed internet (wireless) is available in the villa. This is a non- smoking villa and pets are not allowed.
This is a great place to stay, just minutes from the beach, shopping and dining!! No need to ever get in the car!!

The condo was wonderful and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to the beach, dinner, and entertainment for children. I highly recommend staying here.Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.
