AS WITH MOST SKI IN/SKI OUT PROPERTIES, YOU HAVE TO BE A INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SKIER OR BETTER. IF YOU PREFER TO DRIVE THE 1.5 MILES IT TAKES TO GET TO THE BASE OF THE LIFT BY THE ROAD, PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR FAMILY AT THE BASE OF THE LIFT PARKING LOT.

There may be a free shuttle stop placed right in the culdesac for the 11-12 season that will take you into town or to the lifts. Waiting to hear...
Perfect for small families accustomed to fine homes with exquisite finishes in superb locations. We love this house and so will you. With that being said, although this house has bedspace to sleep 16, we are only interested in families or smaller parties used to higher end accommodations, and not to 12-16 adults cramming into a luxury house to make it more affordable. Available for all holidays and spring break 2011/2012 ski season.
Beautiful furnishings! New High end appliances. New Granite Counter tops. Large hot tub on huge wraparound deck. BBQ. Incredible mountain views from most windows. Fabulous, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter tops, island.

We have been to Vail, Aspen, and Lake Tahoe and tried Breckenridge this year. So glad we did. This house is absolutely perfect! The views of the ski runs from the front and Mount Baldy from the back are breathtaking. We skied out to the lift fairly easily and just loved being so close. When my daughter wanted to change her goggles, we skied in and changed it. So amazing to be able to do that. The layout of this house is just amazing. Comfortable for several families traveling together but not like other rentals, where beds are stuffed everywhere to say they sleep like 20 when it should really be half that number. Not this place. We loved the hot tub on the rear deck and saw the friendly fox come by several times. That was really kicky for the kids. We fell in love with the town of Breckenridge and this house made it even better. We'll be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
