Fantastic 3 bedroom, 3 Bath Townhouse in a great Old Town location, only a 5 minute walk to Main Street (or 2 blocks to the free Main Street Trolley)! A hot tub, fireplace, and heated driveway add to the comfort of this wonderful townhome in the heart of Old Town.
The home sleeps 8 people. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, a balcony with an amazing view up the canyon looking at Lady Morgan chair at Deer Valley, and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom ensuite. The third bedroom has a bunkbed and an additional twin bed. There is a bathroom just outside the door. There are also two additional mattresses that can be used for larger groups.
We have an another property next door (attached) if you need to accommodate a larger group. This property is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and can accommodate 8 people.
If you’re familiar with Park City, you may know where the Italian restaurant 'Grappa”. Grappa is located near the top of Main Street. To get to the property, you would continue up the street from Grappa about two blocks. Hiking trails, mountain bike trails just outside the front door. Close to both Park City or Deer Valley Ski Areas. The property is conveniently located at the top of Park City's Main Street, with access to the city's free transportation system only steps away. The city's bus system will take you to all 3 ski resorts, the Tanger Outlet Center, and almost any place you’d like to go in the Park City area. An easy 5-minute walk takes you to the heart of Park City's Old Town on Main Street.
For those who care not to drive, there are shuttles that provide airport service and local taxis to take you anywhere you’d like to go in town.
Because we are just bringing this house to the rental market, we have great availability and are able to offer some early bird booking specials.

A truely lovely townhouse, a home from home experience and the bonus of within walking distance to Main Street. We visited Park City for two weeks this fall, and the house was perfect for our group (2 couples and 1 single adult). It's close enough to walk to and from Main Street, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the town view from the upstairs bedroom and the direct trail access out the door to the amazing Park City trail network.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Me and 3 friends had a great stay at this place! The units is very accomodating to a manacation or a family vacation. It is very clean and has all the amenities including fireplace, hot tub, TV's, WiFi, etc.. The heated driveway made it easy to park and get in and out without fighting the snow and ice. The owner is very easy to get in touch with and receptive to your needs.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Rented for a February weekend. Location was perfect with a 2 block walk to Main Street and very short drive to Deer Valley. Renting process was very easy and went very smoothly.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.

Walking to town is the best part about the location. Second to that is the amazing hiking and mountain biking trails right outside our door. We also ski home from Park City Mountain. It is a short walk home from the trail just above our home.
