Beautiful new 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, luxury home near Walt Disney World Florida. Spend a fun-filled day in the nearby theme parks of Orlando then come home to relax out in the backyard private heated pool and spa with gorgeous wooded conservation area views.
Our home comfortably sleeps 10 people. There are 3 master bedrooms suites, a queen bedroom, and a colorful children's bedroom. The home has a total of six televisions, one blu-ray player with Netflix access, another DVD player, a VCR, and a library of DVDs and VHS tapes.
Our home is located in Watersong, a gated community that includes a clubhouse with its own practice green, white sand volleyball court, community pool, fitness room, cyber cafe, large gathering room, and children's playground.
We are just a mile away from the nearest golf course, a 15-minute drive to the Orlando theme park attractions, and near several fishing areas.
WOODED CONSERVATION AREA.
Step out to our backyard sparkling pool and bask in the tranquility and gorgeous unobstructed views of the conservation woodlands and wildlife behind this spacious home.
HEATED POOL AND SPA.
Sit by or splash around in the private heated pool (15'x30'), watch the sun glisten off the surface, or listen to the water falling out from the spa while enjoying the wildlife and wooded conservation area views. Relax, unwind and soothe away any aches you've gathered during the day by slipping into the refreshing, bubbling spa pool.
Make use of the outdoor dining area under the lanai for a wonderful place to sit together and enjoy a meal. We have several new cushioned sunning loungers and chairs.
The lanai also has an outdoor shower if you want to rinse off after a dip in the pool.
GAME ROOM AND SUPERLOFT WITH WI-FI ACCESS.
The superloft is located on the second floor outside the bedrooms. You can let the kids sit upstairs in this room and watch their favorite shows on the 36-inch television and DVD player while you relax downstairs in the evenings.
There is also an air-hockey game which provides hours of fun for the family to enjoy. If you're feeling more energetic, the table can also be converted to a ping-pong game.
The large superloft also includes a full-sized desk if you want to set up your computer and make use of the wi-fi access.

The designer back-splash and granite counter tops make kitchen preparation and clean up a simple and easy task when you stay at this fabulous vacation home.
BREAKFAST NOOK.
The idea of a 'breakfast nook' comes to life as you sit at the table and look out on to the pool and wooded conservation area in the mornings. There's simply no better way to start the day.
FORMAL DINING ROOM.
If you want a special family meal and a get together at the elegant dinner table, the dining suite next to the kitchen hatchway is the perfect spot at this Disney home-away-from home.
MAIN FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM SUITE.
The first floor master bedroom overlooks the pool and has all of your creature comforts - ready to give you a relaxing sleep at the end of a fun-filled and busy day with your family at the theme parks of Orlando. It includes a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a dresser with flat-screen LCD 32-inch cable TV, plus a walk-in closet and a private, en-suite bathroom.
The main floor private master bathroom suite is perfectly appointed for your comfort with a mirrored vanity unit with his and hers basins, a corner Roman-style soaking tub, a walk-in shower and private toilet.
UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM (SECOND MASTER).
Another master bedroom is on the second floor and enjoys the comforts of a queen-size bed, 32-inch television, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite master bathroom. The en-suite bathroom includes ceramic tiled floors, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a bath-tub with step-in shower and a toilet.
UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM (THIRD MASTER).
Also located on the second floor, this third master bedroom suite enjoys the comforts of a queen-size, ornate, wrought-iron bed, television, ample closet space, and a private bathroom. My wife and I had never rented a home before and we are from Toronto, Ontario Canada. We are 39 years old with no kids (in case you are wondering), and have our own business. We were attending a few meetings and trade-shows in the Orlando area within a three week timespan, so we decided it would be best to rent a house instead of our usual hotel stays which happens quite often for us. We also wanted a couple of our employees to come for a few days here and there and renting a home seemed like the best option. We looked everywhere online and saw some homes that we liked, but since we had no experience in house rentals we had no real point of reference as to what we should look for. As it turns out we could not have made a better choice. The house is super clean, almost brand new. The pool and lanai area is excellent, and over-looks a conservation area which is very private and fun to watch the large birds come by and visit everyday. Pretty much every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is great of having non-family people staying together, and there is plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The master ensuite is great with a large clean, glassed-in shower. If you have kids, there is tons to do including a ping pong table, air hockey table (to which I am the tournament champion), DVDs, videos, and Netfilx to keep everyone busy. It's not too far from Disney and Universal (which we visited again). I would take Hwy 4 and not follow the GPS down the country roads to make it that much faster. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We made chilli in the crockpot provided, we made great breakfasts including freshly squeezed orange juice using the juicer and often used the ice crusher in the refrigerator to help make excellent martinis ;) The area is super safe, and Watersong is gated with security guard 24hr a day, we walked around the neighbourhood a few times and visited the clubhouse to look at (but not use) the exercise equipment haha. The property management company was wonderful, they came by a few times in the span of the three weeks just to make sure we didn't need anything, and they were friendly and professional. Overall, we could not ask for anything better in a rental home, and we would recommend this without hesitation to anyone including our friends and family. We are hoping to go back soon and would most likely ask about renting the same house again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
