This house is wonderful. The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. There was plenty of room for our family. Beautiful inside and out. The owners made sure every possible need was met. They even helped us out quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. I would definitely recommend this house to any one staying in the LA area. We hade a wonderful time.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I were so pleased to have found your lovely home to stay in while attending an event at our daughter's home in Sherman Oaks. We loved the convienence of having our own modern, well-equiped kitchen for breakfast in the morning and snacks when we got home. The house is beautifully maintained and on a quiet, friendly street, but close to cute restaurants and major freeways. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the beautiful back yard.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

You will love staying at this beautiful home! Looking for an alternative to a typical hotel room, we came across this listing the day before we were to arrive in CA! The owner was extremely helpful and gracious and went out of her way to accommodate our last minute arrangements including meeting us at midnight after our flight had been changed! As soon as we arrived we were so pleased to see the clean, newly remodeled home. Every room was nicely decorated and even nicer than the pictures portrayed. The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The bedrooms comfortable and cozy and the kitchen open and spacious. The house has a washer and dryer, cable, internet service, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel fridge, central air and a driveway that can accommodate a couple of cars. It is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautifully landscaped homes. The home is less than 5 minutes to Universal and a short drive to many of the tourist sights. Plenty of places to eat just blocks away! Exceeding our expectations I would recommend to any family! Do not pass on this great find!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I stayed in this property last summer for a family reunion. We have had a great time. The owner was very helpful in recommending places to eat and things to see during our stay. The house was very close to all the attractions we had wanted to see in Los Angeles. The owner even recommended to visit the beautiful gardens we would not have otherwise knew about. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves a quiet and comfortable place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I have heard about this property from my daughter who stayed there earlier. We went to LA for holidays with our friends. The property had met and exceeded our expectations. It was new, sparkling clean, we had lots of room inside and outside for both of our families. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone travelling to LA.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at the house during our spring break last year. We LOVED IT!!! The house was conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Universal Studios. There is lots of restaurants and shopping nearby as well. The house must have been renovated recently, as everything was like brand new. The owner did not spare expense on the spa like bathrooms, inviting kitchen and the luxurious bedrooms. I would recommend this house to all my friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I have traveled to LA with my husband and two children to meet my parents for a family reunion. All of us could stay in the house as oppose to three hotel rooms. The house is very clean, tastefully decorated. My kids are very picky and I was happy I could cook. Everything I needed was in the kitchen even some basic food supplies. There were toys for kids and a some kids furniture. The area is very safe and quiet - my kids could play in the backyard. Cable TV in the bedroom and living room. There were enough bathrooms for everybody and no lines. Universal Studios are five minute drive away and my kids loved it! It made sense for us to get a pass and go several times without getting exhausted after a long single day at the attraction. There are beautiful views from the bedrooms. I don't think I'll ever book a hotel again when traveling as a family. Definitely recommend this house and I am intended to stay there again when back in LA.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: I am a professional. I live two blocks away from the property. When I remodeled the house I was thinking of moving back in hence everything in the house is done to my taste and quality requirements. I have two dogs and two kids.
