JULY & AUGUST; May, Sept, Oct. will rent individually. North side: $700/wk. South side: $600/wk, Saturday to Saturday.Wk end rates negotiable.
One half $ down to secure, second half upon arrival.

Rentals are from Saturday at 3pm through Saturday at 11am.
1/2 Deposit required. Reduced rates Sept to May
June,July and August BOTH SIDES ONLY; SAT-SAT ONLY!
Spring thru Fall either side,split week rates avail.
