June, July & August, BOTH SIDES ONLY , SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY... $ 1,600/wk. through 3rd week of AUGUST; May, Sept, Oct. will rent individually. North side: $800/wk. South side: $600/wk, Saturday to Saturday.Wk end rates negotiable.
One half $ down to secure, second half upon arrival.
Check in 3 pm, Check out 11 am Saturdays

I was really not impressed with this place. It was really dirty so a whole day was wasted cleaning. We wanted to leave but thre $ had already been paid so there was nothing we could do. There are only 5 pictures for a reason, please think twice before you rent this place. We left it cleaner than it was when we got there and still had to pay the cleaning fee! I really flet cheated. Everything in it was old and dirty. There is only one window unit air conditioner for the whole place and it didn't get cold at all. The refrigerator didn't really get cold either. It was a terrible experience.It is not safe for small children at all. I will not be back. My arrival date is not correct, I can't remember when we went so I just made one up. A wonderful waterfront getaway in a location that absolutely cannot be beat! The owner is extraordinary and was very accomodating, the neighborhood is quiet and incredibly-friendly. Abundant lakeviews, easy access to a clean neighborhood beach with loads of seaglass, and a nice patio/seawall area for soaking up the Lake Erie vista make this a relaxing vacation spot for water-lovers. The house was clean, the rooms were attractive, kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with all the supplies you could need, and like I said, this house was close to EVERYTHING. Huron is a great town to "base" our vacation at with its Nickel Plate and Lake Park Beaches, the Boat Basin and inlet, various restaurants, Sheldon Marsh Nature Preserve, and easy accessibility to Route 6, Route 2, Cedar Point and Sandusky, the islands, Vermilion, and anywhere else you may want to go in this family-friendly region. Overall, this house, this lessor, this town, and this region are recommended.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This cottage is fabulous. It is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, including chilled mugs in the freezer! The view from the front deck is beautiful. We had a great time here - fishing, playing cards, grilling out, traveling to nearby beaches and Cedar Point. The owner is helpful and available. My kids had the best time jumping off the dock with the other neighborhood kids. Everyone is very friendly.Owner response: Thank you for your very gracious review. Dave.
