We personalize this condo to provide everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. No need to rent movies, we provide a nice selection of movies to watch on a new 40" LCD TV.
Enjoy the clubhouse, located just steps from the condo, where you can swim in the pool, relax in one of the spas or saunas, lift weights, and play racquetball or tennis. Send the kids to the arcade while you treat yourself to a massage.

We stayed here 01/14-01/15/2012 and this property is a great place to stay. Could be updated a little, but very clean, and accomodating for when you are out of town. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend this to anyoe who is looking for an affordable place, close to all amenities. Snow tubing park is straight across the street, and grocery store is less than 5 minutes up the street. We had a party of four and we had plenty of room for everyone.

This is a lovely condo and was very convenient for our trip to Rocky Mountain National Park with its stunning scenery, our day trip to Vail, and other points of interest. The condo is well appointed and is located a mere few blocks from a supermarket. The balcony provided a wonderful place for us to relax and enjoy the sunset and the mountain views. This is an upstairs unit so potential guests who have mobility issues may have difficulty. Also, there is no washer or dryer in the condo, however, there is a coin laundry located in the clubhouse just across the parking lot. We really enjoyed staying at this delightful lodging. Thank you.

6-3-2008 My wife & I stayed at Meadowridge condo during the month of May and had an exhilirating experience. The Fraser Valley was majestic and awe inspiring. There are endless activities and pursuits within the area. The accomodations at the condo provided all the luxuries of home while on vacation. All our expectations were met in regards to the lodging. The rental value was well worth the accomodations and beautiful surroundings. Highly Recommended! James and Catherine

Stephanie, Our family stayed at your condo in Fraser last weekend, and I just wanted to let you know we had a great time. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We found that you had a wonderful supply of cooking utensils and dinner ware. Our children especially like the fact that there were three TV's available so everyone could watch what they wanted. You will live the condo(clean, comfortable, spacious, superbly equipped with eveything and is beautiful). Supermarket and tubing are a couple of minutes away. Clubhouse(video games, exercise room, laundry)is a few steps away..your children will love it. I would definitely recommend the condo.

Feel free to use my last e-mail on your web site. We all love your place. We had an awesome time this weekend. My 7 year old son woke up crying this AM because we had to move back to Boulder today and not stay in Winter Park. (Trails in your backyard and a pool across the street). It doesn't get better than that! Thanks. We all are ready to go back soon.
