With over one acre of lush tropical paradise, and custom heirloom quality Koa (rare Hawaiian hardwood) furnishings this property offers so much more then your average vacation rental! A 500 meter jogging/walking path surrounds the property, and with an amazing salt water pool, heated jacuzzi, basketball/tennis court(these courts are currently under renovation), and world class home theatre, you will never want to leave! Come stay with us and indulge in a truly unique luxury experience.
Great care has been taken to give you a unique experience even to Hawaii. We call this estate '' Hale Koa'' which means house of koa in Hawaiian because we have almost exclusively used the rare and beautiful Hawaiian mahagony wood to furnish the home with. Known for it's exquisite beauty and hawaiiana feel, our koa furnishings will surely place you literally in the lap of luxury.
I personally have travelled through much of Hawaii and stayed in many of it's fine hotel suites and luxury homes but known have offered an experience like this. In addition to these amazing features is the home theatre. The suite comes with a very rare 70 inch Sony HD tv that has no rival period in the HD display market today. Equally if not more impressive is the sound system provided.
The drivers are all from the French audio geniuses at JM Labs! This sound system has consistently been rated in the top 10 worldwide by audiophile magazine and many others. It's so impressive that is is hard to find a movie theatre that matches it's quality.
Upstairs we also feature all Koa furnishings. There are 2 king size koa beds with a 52 inch HD Sony LCD screen. This room features a ps3 if you are into gaming:). The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances.
The botanical gardens are very exotic and feature very rare plants from around the world. The lush tropical, private nature of this property makes staying here quite unique! I have stayed many places worldwide and I wanted to create something extra special that I had not found elsewhere. It is peaceful, quiet, and very luxurious. You won't see any neighbors and they won't see you. It is a haven that soothes the soul.
With the pool, the tennis court, the half basketball court, the volley ball court (these courts are currently under renovation), and the jogging path you won't want to leave. However if you do the beach is only a block away and the most amazing beaches on the island are 10 min up the road.
Included in your stay here is free laundry service, 2 complimentary 1 hour massages per week(the massages are complimentary for all non-discounted stays of a week or more) and a variety of organic foods, from fruit to yogurt to gourmet pasta. Also right across the street lives our property manager that will be on call 24/7 except mid day on Sundays if you were to need anything at all.

Our family was lucky enough to stay at this beautiful villa in March. Our daughter arranged this villa for her friends and family to attend her wedding. There were 15 of us in the group and never did we feel cramped. There is also a two story cottage on the property that is amazingly furnished and the upstairs has a deck with an unbelievable view. Everything you read in the overview is 100% true and doesn't come close to describing how amazing this place is. Luxury comes to mind, from the kitchen, espresso maker, beds, linens and towels. The owner and his is staff are there for you if you need them and make sure you have what you need. The property is completely secure and as stated, your neighbors won't see you and you won't see them. I highly recommend this property...you won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers.

If anyone is planning a trip to Hawaii with friends or maybe even a family reunion this is the place you want to go. This place is more like a villa than just a rental house....It is private, secure and the grounds offer recreation and the landscaping reminds you that you are in Hawaii. My family and I had a wonderful stay and with the help of the owner some of us even learned to surf. The owner is friendly and is there for anything you need. I myself loved the gourmet kitchen, when a large group of us get together we just love to cook together and this kitchen is large enough and fully equiped for all of us to get involved. with the pool and the jacuzzi it can't be beat !! I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a fabulous stay in Hawaii.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Absolutely amazing! This villa has all the amenities and privacy of home- yet all the luxury and detail of a tropical resort! Luxury is the only way to describe the private pool or the weave of the sheets. The koa furniture and Hawaiian art give it the 5 stars it deserves. The owner is very friendly and helpful- will meet all your needs from massage to surf lessons! I could not have asked for a better place to make family memories to last a lifetime. If Elvis is still alive he resides in a place like this one. Seriously a beautiful secluded bit of paradise all to yourself. My family has family reunions in hawaii every year and we have a hard time finding a place with privacy just to enjoy radiotherapy company with all the amenities of a resort. This rental did it for us though. The high end kitchen appliances made the food for football sunday a true feast. The entertainment system blew my husbands mind and football has never been quite the same again. The kids loved running around the property and playing in the pool. The best part for me was the beds. I'm looking into buying a bed like that now that I'm home.
