Consequently, the beach areas are not crowded.***

***Private home with convenient CENTRAL location for visiting sites to the north (Duck, Corolla and off road north beaches) OR south (Wright Brothers, Nags Head, Lost Colony and sound/sea excursions).***

CUSTOM OCEANFRONT HOME with hexagonal open ceiling (cypress) in main house area with views of the ocean from the great room with adjoining dining area. The well equipped kitchen provides plenty of space to create meals and orchestrate morning coffee (drip coffee maker & Keurig).***

THE MAIN UPPER LEVEL is accessible from either the lower level entrance off the driveway carport or from the upstairs front porch to the home's foyer.*** An outside ramped walkway (NOTE: not ADA compliant due to steep slope) from the front of the house to the ocean side (back) of the property provides direct access to the dune top deck and to the upstairs main living area of the home and oceanfront deck, WITHOUT ANY STEPS. This has been useful to guests who have difficulty with steps and also for aging four footed furry family members!***

MAIN LEVEL LAUNDRY AREA is stocked with all the linens you will need for your visit (100% cotton sheets for all beds, bath towels & BEACH TOWELS).***

DECKS, HOUSE AND DUNE, provide panoramic views and multiple sitting areas to enjoy the 360 degree vista. There is a shaded lower level deck with table and chairs, barbecue grills (gas and charcoal) and an outside shower. Umbrellas, both deck and beach, beach chairs, boogie boards and 2 ocean kayaks are supplied as well.***

LOWER LEVEL has pool table and flat screen TV providing kids (young and old) a place to play.***

Wonderful Beachfront Home

My wife and I were very pleased with the beachfront home at 30 Ocean Blvd.. The house was very clean with all of the household essential items, the deck around the house and out to the beach was great for lounging and the location was close to everything. We had a very nice time.

Divine, just what the doctor ordered!

My husband and I direly needed a healing get away, as sadly we lost my mom the day before New Year's Eve. After reading the description and seeing the pictures of Ann’s cottage, we knew this was the place for us. What a great location! The house was immaculate, comfortable and more than intriguing, to say the least. Being a spiritual person, the first attraction was the house being a hexagon. Hexagons have incredible significance in the world, and in the spiritual realm they help with healing, as well as nurture harmony and balance, and are truly a divine design, just ask the bees and the snowflakes! The rooms were tastefully decorated, obviously with an abundance of love, and flowing with positive energy from the array of powerful crystals, raw gemstones, and lovely quartz inside and out. The beautiful granite kitchen had everything we needed, even a salad spinner! The master bed was comfy as can be and boasted ocean views. It was perfect that our dog, BB could wander safely on his own sniffing like a crazy pup, because of the secure gates on the back deck. And we could literally walk for miles out back on the pristine sandy beach. We truly appreciated our thoughtful host who went out of her way, before we were even got there. In conclusion, the Seascape Cottage was the perfect healing space to reflect on our sad loss and plan for our future, knowing my mom is now at peace. We are so grateful to have been able to enjoy this delightful home. Ann, thank you for sharing!

The Burns family is the current owner of this wonderful beachfront property. Originally house was built in the 1950's, the current owner's family purchased the property in 1968. In 1985 the year round residence was built and is now being offered as a vacation retreat. Come enjoy our oceanfront home and share the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean panorama.

When you reach 'the banks' you are moments away from the real start of your vacation! Enjoy the easy access to shopping, restaurants and the many outdoor activities of the outer Banks. Visit Duck (north) or Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills (south) or the tidewater sounds of the Outer Banks (west).
