Located in Ocean Point, a gated community at the end of Wild Dunes, this home provides the perfect spot for your vacation! With breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, Dewees Island and looking over the 18th Tee of the Links Course, you won't want to leave. Enjoy the screened porch, the sun deck on the top level or cool off in the secluded community pool with a spacious hot tub. Wireless internet with limited local cable tv stations, and Youtube TV for all your sports and entertainment needs in living room and all bedrooms. Linens included.

Smoke free home and no pets. Fireplace not for guest use.

Note: **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**

Girls Reunion Trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience in this house. We had 8 women in mid-30's staying here. Nicely located close to the beach, and rented our beach chairs for convenience. This property desperately needs the interior to be would make the house feel so much fresher. The porch also could use some improved porch furniture. We made what was there work so we could sit together on porch, but would be much nicer with better seating options. If I knew this house had been painted and porch was cared for, I'd definitely rent again! Overall good experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the assistance we received at Island Realty. Zack was very helpful. The property location is superb but maintenance issues abounded. The porch needs a lot of work; there is a hole in the floor and the ceiling fan doesn't work because there is a leak on the porch that flows through the fan. The kitchen needs updated dishware and pots and pans.

Beautiful Place for a Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside of this home was beautiful with lots of room and very clean. We didn’t do a whole lot of cooking, but had plenty of items when we did.The walk to the beach was a pleasant stroll, even though our children are older, it still would be an easy walk with littles. I read another review, saying the house could use a little paint and upkeep, and this is true. The outside could use a little bit of cleaning/maintenance for curb appeal. I actually cleaned the windows before my father-in-law got there. :) But it didn’t affect our family’s trip! Cannot comment on the pool, we didn’t get to use it because we were there during a crazy cold spell/storm at the end of May. And the neighborhood seemed super safe, going through two gates to get there. Would definitely stay here again.
