This newly renovated cute one-bedroom sets your beach vacation tone right away. The living room features new sofa and chairs in a bright pattern and beautiful new teal carpet. . The tables are glass-topped, while the bases look like large pieces of driftwood. There is a new 60' flat screen TV and a DVD player for your entertainment. In the kitchen, granite countertops complement the full line of upscale appliances and extras. The master bedroom features pickled wood furnishings, including a tempupedic king bed, dresser and nightstands. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a DVD player. Check in is at the front desk at Phoenix East - pick up your key right at the condo. We have a 24 hour manned desk, maintenance and security on site. All Brett Robinson services apply. A hugh parking lot makes parking for more than one vehicle almost always available (small fee applies for more than one car). Very satisfied with the condo appearance and amenities. It was a very refreshing condo including what appeared to be top of the line up dates and tasteful furniture. Everything you could want or need here, and the decor was very sunny and comfortable. Sometimes when you book online you do not get what is pictured, but this was every bit as nice as described online. The view was great being by the Pass and all the boat activity was very nice to watch. We are picky about our views and thus what caught our attention was the balcony being open on the sides instead of the boxed in feel of some. We would recommend this unit which is the best compliment, a satified customer. Thanks for a great stay!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I and our two college aged daughters spent five days at this condo. It was perfect for our short get away. We spent a lot of family time on the beach and in the condo cooking, playing games and watching movies. It is important to have a pleasing place to stay and this was it. This condo has a cute and fun atmosphere. Great TVs, fully equipped kitchen and good patio furniture. Can't think of anything I would change. We will be back. Terrry is great to work with!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was actually quite amazing, the furnishings and niceties are right on the money ! Everything was very clean and fresh. The big screen TV and fun beach decorations gave the place a "feel good" vibe. We are two “beach lovers” and have been to Orange Beach now 3 times. This is the best place we've stayed by far. It fits us perfectly. The view of the Beach and Pass is the best on the island. The condo was great, the view was super, the bed was comfy and the kitchen well stocked, what more can we say. We'll definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I have stayed in this condo several times and everything about it is amazing! It has sliding glass doors that cover one wall. The doors look out onto the beautiful, white sandy beach. The doors lead to a wonderful patio that is the perfect place to drink a morning cup of coffee coffee or enjoy an evening glass of wine while watching the waves roll in. My husband loves that there are two huge flat screen TV's (one in main room and one in bedroom) and I love the granite counters! Everything in it looks brand new (the carpet, counters, cabinets, etc). It is always kept so clean and modern!!! Oh, and the owners offer deals if you return the following year and book through them! Best condo in Orange Beach!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Terry and and I fell in love with this property the first time we saw it and bought it the same day in the spring of 1998. We enjoyed it so much we bought a second one bedroom in Phoenix East in the fall. We are retired and now spend several months at Phoenix East giving us time to make the apartments really special. We take a lot of pride in our apartments and enjoy making them particularly nice.
Why the Owner Chose Phoenix East:
If you're looking at this site you probably know how much fun Orange Beach/Gulf Shores can be. We love the beach atmosphere, the fun shops, the huge Outlet Mall, the Warf and all the wonderful restaurants on the water. Our units continue to be two of the most requested units at Phoenix East, and since we live there all winter, you can be sure they are special. Now Brett Robinson is allowing us to offer these units, ourselves, at special prices.
