Beautifully decorated with crown moulding throughout, flatscreen tv's, and tile floors in all but bedrooms. This condo is located in the heart of Orange Beach within walking distance to beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, entertainment and an amusement park. Two public beach access' and boat launches are just a couple of minutes away. You will also enjoy shopping, water view restaurants, golf, and more nearby.
The complex consists of 5 buildings with a total of only 20 units. The sunny pool is located in the center of the complex next to a shady area with picnic tables. This is a quiet complex that provides a great escape for all! Boat and RV parking are located at the rear of the complex.
Living area - Sofa, chair, flatscreen tv, remote fan/light, dvd/blu-ray player, and access to balcony
Dining area - Table that seats 4, seating for 2 at bar
Kitchen - Fully equipped with all the comforts of home and all you need to prepare a great meal with family and friends
Master Bedroom - Queen size bed, futon sofa, flatscreen, balcony access, remote fan/light, walk-in closet and private bath
Guest room - 2 twin beds+trundle, tv, and balcony access

1. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy must not exceed six people per two bedroom condo.
2. POOL RULES AND HOURS:
A. Pool Hours are 8am to 10pm. The pool is CLOSED and to be EMPTY by 10pm
B. Children must be ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT in the pool area. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
C. No glass allowed in the pool area. Do not leave food, cans, plastic, etc, in the pool area. The garbage cans in the pool area are not to be used for household garbage that should be placed in the dumpster.
D. No horseplay in the pool area.
E. No Diving.
3. City Noise Ordinance Enforced. Keep Radios, stereos, t.v. etc., at conversational level. Refrain from Loud or Boisterous Behavior that may disturb others. Gatherings outside of the units are to be considerate of the other occupants. Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am.
6. GARBAGE: No objects shall be thrown from the balconies. This includes but is not limited to cigarette butts and trash. No trash or cigarette butts shall be thrown on the grounds of the complex anywhere but in the designated containers. Do Not store trash or garbage on the balconies or entrance ways. Do Not leave garbage outside the doorway of the unit. Place all garbage in appropriate containers and discard in the dumpster located in the back of the complex. No outside garbage containers are allowed for any individual units or units.
7. BALCONIES: The balconies and railings are not to be used as clothes lines. Do not climb or sit on the railings. Grills of any kind are not to be used on any wooden deck or balconies.
8. VEHICLES AND PARKING: Only two vehicles per unit are allowed in the carports. Guests and overflow parking is designated behind Building Three. Anyone whose vehicle is blocking another owner or tenant, parked in another owners or tenants designated parking or otherwise causing hardship on any person going into their parking space will be towed. No parking along driveways. No parking anywhere on the property except in designated areas for parking. This includes guest parking. ILLEGALLY PARKED CARS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE. Storage of equipment or vehicles must have the written permission from the board of RVCOA or must be removed from the property. This includes overnight storage. Automobile repair except for immediate tire replacement is not permitted on the property. Carports are to be kept clean and are not to be used as storage or other purposes other than parking.
The Pet policy is set by the unit owner.
