You can rent our two-bedroom, two-bath, mile-high condominium on a daily or weekly basis using our direct-from-owner plan. This type of rental can save you up to 40% from rental company rates. While some may think the view is the most incredible amenity, we do not stop there. SugarTop offers a refreshing indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and exercise room for all of its residents and guests. Other amenities include steam room, whirlpool, and 24-hour gated security and front desk service.

Located exactly 5281 feet above sea level (ONE MILE HIGH), on the third floor, atop Sugar Mountain. From your large private balcony you will be overlooking the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain and breathtaking views of Beech Mountain and the Banner Elk area.

Your unit will have two bedrooms and two full baths with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers a twin daybed with a twin pop-up trundle (put them together for a king-size bed). The Living Room has a full size pull out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new, stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats six and adjoins the family room where you can enjoy the Stoned ELECTRIC FIREPLACE year round.

  • The cabin was very nice and conveinetly located to the ski slopes. The bed in the master bedroom slept wonderfully. The only complaint I could have about my experience is after coming home from some night skiing we couldn't get in the hot tub due to the fact night skiing stopped at 10 PM and the hot tub closed at 11 PM so by the time we got back from the slopes it was closed. One great thing about the condo is they provide two way radios so if you have several people skiing you can always reach them if you get seperated. Overall though the cabin is wonderful and a great value.

  • We just returned from a wonderful weekend spent in unit 2303! It is very nice and clean and freshly updated. I would reccomend it to a couple or a family with two children. The second bedroom is small, but fine for two children. We will definitely come again!

  • Great unit, well updated througout. Lots of living space so you will not feel cramped. Split bedroom plan is nice for adults giving master suite some privacy. Only negative is ski/board storage & parking. However, shuttles are readily available. Never waited more than 10 min.
