This type of rental can save you up to 40% from rental company rates. While some may think the view is the most incredible amenity, we do not stop there. SugarTop offers a refreshing indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and exercise room for all of its residents and guests. Other amenities include steam room, whirlpool, and 24-hour gated security and front desk service. Located exactly 5281 feet above sea level (ONE MILE HIGH), on the third floor, atop Sugar Mountain. From your large private balcony you will be overlooking the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain and breathtaking views of Beech Mountain and the Banner Elk area. Your unit will have two bedrooms and two full baths with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers a twin daybed with a twin pop-up trundle (put them together for a king-size bed). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, overhead microwave, and garbage disposer. The dining room seats six and adjoins the family room where you can enjoy the Stoned ELECTRIC FIREPLACE year round.
