At approximately 1600 feet, this home has one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and a queen-size sofa sleeper located in the morning room. Why the Owner Chose Palmer Residence
We have always loved the desert and especially La Quinta. We looked to find the perfect vacation home on the golf course, facing west with mountain, lake and golf course views, not too far from the pool and spa. We loved that La Quinta had grown and has become a mecca of great restaurants, shopping, festivals and of course golf.

If your there during the Bob Hope Classic you can enjoy the parade of Celebrities as well as Professionals parade by all while sitting on the patio. If your there any time other than the Bob Hope you will enjoy spectacular views not only of the golf course and lake but also of the gorgeous local mountains right out back which they light at night.
