It also has gorgeous water views and includes full-sized stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a stacked washer and dryer that make doing laundry easy and convenient. The kitchen is well equipped with amenities from a coffee maker to a blender for those strawberry daiquiris.
The dining area includes seating and service for six at the table, and a Corian counter for quick bites.

We chose to buy in this location because it offers a unique combination of a luxury resort and the peaceful, lovely Sanibel setting. Watching the dolphins, manatee and boats from the lanai is so amazing. The most beautiful thing I've ever seen is the Sanibel sunset over the water from our lanai. Each evening we sit on the lanai to watch all the colors as the rich sun descends into the water before our eyes. It's truly magnificent.

This was one of the most beautiful places we've gone to! The condo is absolutely lovely and very well kept. The view of the sun setting over the Gulf from the lanai gave us reason to rush to the condo each day to watch! It truely was a vacation to remember and we'll be back!

Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo this past July!! We had such a wonderful time relaxing & swimming at the pools. The view from the Lanai is just gorgeous and we enjoyed spending morning & evening time out there watching the boats or seeing the sun set. Vicky was wonderful to work with and so very helpful!!! The condo was very clean and well stocked with necessities. We loved the 10 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. What a great little tourist town to spend dinner & an evening at!! We LOVED Nervous Nellies for dinner!!! We would definitely recommend this Condo to anyone considering staying here!!!!

Loved this place! The condo was absolutely beautiful. The resort was sprawling and gorgeous. The view from the balcony was incredible! We actually sat on the balcony watching dolphins play while the sun was setting over the Gulf...amazing! We can't wait to visit again and would highly recomment this condo!

My husband and 2 daughters spent a week at this beautiful condo the first week of Jan. We loved the layout and the amenities this condo offered. We LOVED spending our mornings and early evenings on their balconies watching the beautiful sunsets and dolphins swimming by. Perfectly situated at a beautiful resort and enjoyed the great pool at the hotel. Very close to "necessary shopping" yet just moments from Sanbel where we spent most of our time. The condo itself is well appointed with furnishings and was ver comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I cannot thank Vicki enough for sharing her family's home with us. My mother and I settled in with my two children yesterday and I have forgotten my hectic life on the East Coast of Florida quickly. From beach umbrellas to spatulas to family games, this condo has been stocked for fun, easy, family vacations (why did I waste that space in my car with beach chairs- they have thought of everything here!). The patio overlooks the amazing Florida sunset (second only to Key West), and the pool and little beach are great. You are close enough to Sanibel (right over the bridge), but far enough away to avoid the traffic and tourists when you are tired. Publix is right down the street so stock up on wine and burgers and relax! That simple! (By the way, wine bottle opener and wine glasses are stocked!!) I cannot wait to return and I have not even left yet....

We had a great time and will return soon. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view from the lanai is unbelievable; the sun sets over the water and sometimes there are dolphins or manatee swimming around. The resort is heavenly - very high end and luxurious. Love this place!!

We arrived at the Condo just in time to see the beautiful Sunset. The view from the condo is just wonderful, including all of the comforts of home,along with the beach chairs, and supplies were a great touch for those of us that fly in. I also appreciated having the many kitchen supplies since we like to eat in, and enjoy the condo. We had fun watching the dolphins frolic, and the many birds around the resort. The dining guide was helpful in finding a place to eat. The sunsets are more beautiful from the condo.

We rented this condo for 4 nights in late October. We were there to attend a wedding at the main hotel. We have a 19 month old, so we wanted an extra bedroom for her. We were impressed with the rental from the moment of contact through the end of our stay. Vicky answered my questions promptly and the mgmt company was professional and easy to deal with. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. It was spacious and well stocked with everything you'd need in the kitchen. Our relatives also rented a 2 bdrm condo, but through Sanibel Harbor Resort. This unit was definitely comparable to the hotel owned units and was way cheaper! We'd definitely stay here again!
