About this property

A 4 bedroom 2 baths house which sleeps 8 on a canal with water views front and back of house. It is a very quiet community with beach within walking distance. A dock is on the front side of the house on the canal with easy access to the gulf. The house has a wraparound porch and living space starts on the 3rd story so it has a great views. There is a large great room with tv and dvd player and the kitchen has everything you would need with a dining area that seats 8. Two bedrooms have queen side bed and one has a king bed the fourth room has twin beds.

Stunning Views

Shell Point offers an amazing location with spacious clean living areas. However, some areas feel a bit dated. The stunning surroundings make up for it, but be cautious of potential splinters and sticky burrs—proper footwear is advised.

Living quarters where nice. Hidden safety issues outdoors. Kids got wood slivers from the steps up to the Living quarters. 63 year old tripped over a 2×6 sticking 6 inches out of ground by the driveway. He cut his feet and slid across the drive. No lights on driv
