This five-bedroom, four full bath home includes a bedroom (queen-size) on the main floor with a full bath which includes a tall ADA toilet and a three-foot door for access to the bath to make vacation for older guests more enjoyable and a second bedroom with daybed that sleeps two comfortably with desk with WIRELESS T-1 Internet access. This second sitting area is perfect for families or groups to have separate conversation areas or competing TV/movie interests.
An open kitchen complete with granite countertops/stainless steel appliances and all the cooking necessities and more... is open to the dining area and great room. This spacious plan allows everyone in the family or group to enjoy the conversation without feeling left out by featuring both a great room and a den. A large screen TV with DVD/VCR/CD ROM and stereo are over the "instant on" fireplace in the great room along with a large sectional sofa, and a game table with chairs perfect for a puzzle or a marathon game of chess. A large, screened, back porch has fabulous views of the marsh and marina from rockers for conversation and good times.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and three full baths and ALL bedrooms have their own access to a porch! The large master bedroom retreat and bath measures the length of the home! This master retreat includes a king-size bed, sitting area with table and chair. The room also includes a desk with internet access for the workaholic who just cannot stop even at the beach, and bath with his-and-her vanities, a jetted tub, and large shower and private water closet. The second master bedroom also includes a king-size bed and private bath and porch, TV/VCR, and rocker for relaxing. The third upstairs bedroom with two bunk beds (four total twin beds) and TV/VCR perfect for children and teens. A upper back-side screen porch with recliners makes the perfect place to talk, listen to the ocean, and relax before bed.
An outside shower makes it convenient to rinse off returning from the beach. A large garage allows covered parking during your stay.
This home is located on a 3000-acre, gated island which is known nationwide for its scenic beauty, friendly wildlife (deer, alligators, birds and more), and three-and-one-half miles of uncrowded beaches. The pace on Fripp is "golf cart" speed which relaxes even the most stressed executive.
The island has two designer golf courses - Ocean Creek, designed by Davis Love, III - which our cottage fronts and Ocean Point, designed by George W. Cobb. Golf instruction is available for both adults and kids as young as four years of age.

We came to Fripp Island as something new and different to do with the kids for vacation. The enrolled in Camp Fripp and we took off on the golf cart exploring the island and just fell in love. Now 2 homes and 6 additional homesite later, we still enjoy the magic of Fripp.

This house is amazing, beautifully decorated very spacious and the elevator was such a help to have. We will want to stay here every time we come back to Fripp. The Owners are so great to deal with, they made everything so easy. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

This House was perfect for our group!!! We were amazed at how BIG this house was, the Kitchen was so spacious, and no one cared which bedroom they stayed in because they were all very large. I appreciate that you could tell the owners of this house must take a lot of Pride in this rental property, you felt like you were visiting a relative it felt so comfortable staying here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone.

We've vacationed at Fripp 3 times and this house was by far the nicest and the location was central to everything. The house decor is beautiful and the master suite is as well appointed as any 5-star hotel. We spent many memorable hours on the outside deck and screened porch and the views of the marsh were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
