  Great condo, has everything you would need, nicely furnished, very comfortable. Wonderful location, right across from a fantastic beach, walk to restaurants and shops, short drive to whatever you would want. Great view!! Would definately stay there again. Would definately recommend to a friend or relative.

  Wow!! This condominium was just perfect for our family. It was a very well kept place, had everything we needed and then some. Our boys had so much fun with the boogie boards and beach accessories. We enjoyed the cooler with wheels, beach chairs and totes. Every last detail was thought about to make our stay comfortable and this was so greatly appreciated. We spent most of our evenings relaxing on the lanai watching the breathtaking sunset. The location of the condo was right in the heart of Kihei. The amazing Kamaole II beach was just across the street. The pools were immaculately kept and secure, with a great barbecuing area! It was next door to the yummy mexican cafe Fred's, as well within walking distance to the delightful seafood restaurant Cafe O' Lei. The boys loved devouring the shaved ice at "S & Q's", just minutes away. We will recommend this property to family and friends it was fabulous! The owner Stephen was so quick to reply with a phone call about any questions or concerns we had. We hope to stay here again, this was our first time in Magical Maui and won't be our last. Mahalo:))

  Very comfortable 1 bedroom suite with everything in order. Great view and wonderful breezes. Comfortable bed and pullout was perfect. Greatly appreciated kitchen supplies, nice linens and beach chairs and boogie boards. Well kept pool area, bbqs and grounds. Fantastic beach across the street. This suite was a true pearl in Kihei.

  My husband and I love the Kihei Akahi with the location across from the Kamaole 2 beach, its peaceful gardens and secure feeling. The condo rental was great. Loved the entry key pad with no worries about losing keys. The condo is decorated in soothing tones and has everything you need. Lanai has a lovely view of the ocean and sunset with palm trees to frame your photos. Comfortable deck chairs. Good owner to deal with.

  Stayed here for a solo retreat and couldn't have asked for a more perfect apartment. Very neat and tidy and the owners have done a wonderful job of making sure you have EVERYTHING you could ever need - from the beach blankets and beach chairs, to the printer to print out boarding passes, to the wine glasses to enjoy the perfect sunset from the lanai. The apartment is immaculate and has such a great comfortable energy about it. Very well decorated with an island flair and local art. It is also located on the side of the building which makes for a very quiet apartment, keeping your vacation very tranquil. And the Kihei Akahi apartment location is perfect if you want to park your car and walk around to get dinner or snacks. I highly recommend Cafe O'Lei, Koiso Sushi, and Da Kitchen all within a 5 min walking distance. Also there's a great beachfront yoga studio 5 minutes walking distance away called Yoga Supernova if you are interested in morning yoga next to the beach. It is also a short drive to Wailea and Big Beach which was my favorite beach to hit up, and also close to Makena Landing where I had a fantastic kayaking/snorkeling excursion. Go with Aloha Kayaks Maui! Will definitely be returning and using this condo in the future. Thank you Stephen!

  We really enjoyed our stay in this condo in Kihei. Its a nice size. It has everything you need for the beach, to cook meals and also a great view.

  Stayed at this condo for a week July 2012, had a great time, excellent view, very quiet and very quick walk to Kam 2. The condo had everything one would need. The coolers and ice packs were very much appreciated. Owner is very flexible and accommodating, will definitely recommend to others.

  This was the first time I went to Hawaii. I was so glad that I rented this condo instead of staying hotel. The unit is very clean and comfortable to stay in. Owner has thought about all the details including boogie board, sunblock lotion and SOY SOURCE :). We are family of 4 including 2 pre-teens. Kids stays comfortablely on sofabed. The beach across the street was great. We snorkel and play boogie boards. One of the great thing was my wife cooked a fatastic dinner for us -- my wife was very satisfied with the kitchen. Tips. 1. Rent car with minimum of V6 engine for Maui if you plan to trip to top of the crater. I prefer V8 engine. You would use more powerful engine when climbing up the mountain. 2. If you are adventurous like me, go full circle for Road to Hana. West of Hana has several miles unpaved single lane road, but, the view and experience definitely worth the trip -- driving on cliff on single lane with breath-taking view of the ocean on left and bald mountain on the right. 2. Safeway is close for glocery shopping. If you shop at Safeway, apply for their shopping card before you shop. It will save you a lot.

  My husband and I got married and Maui and had our honeymoon there also. Love love love Maui! The condo was perfect for us too. Felt very cozy and at home, they have everything you could possibly need there. The lanai was amazing, we loved sitting on it and playing a game of cards and watching the sunset, absolutely beautiful! The only minor complaint we would have, is the weather was very warm and even with the air conditioner on, the cool air didnt reach to the bedroom, so it was very very warm in there in the evening. We were told that the weather during our stay was quite abnormal so I dont think this would usually be an issue. The bed is very comfortable and gives the perfect sleep after an exhausting day! We hung out by the pool quite a bit also which was very nice when it got windy down at the beach. Everything you see in the photos and description for the condo is exactly what you get! We had friends in other buildings in Kihei Akahi, and D is the best building by far. Others you get stuck looking at the rooftops of other buildings. The beaches across from it are also the best that we found on Maui!
