Really enjoyed our stay there. It was located in a spot that has easy access to beach and stores and eating. Far enough from the road to be quiet. Had a small snafu in the beginning but Brandi was great in making it right and Steve was also gracious in trying to fix the snafu. Condo pretty much has everything you need and feels just like home. We had a wonderful stay.

Recommended for:Sightseeing.

WOW! The owner of this property owner has thought of ever single detail down to sunblock and aloe under the sink to Olive oil and all the condiments in the fridge! You will not need anything but your bathing suit. Quiet, clean, more than comfortable, amazing view, close to the beach and MORE!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were 3 people and the sofa bed was comfortable. Location, across street from great beach was perfect with a nice ocean view from lanai. Despite heat of the day, the evening breeze made the condo comfortable and we didn't even need to use a/c. The condo is beautifully furnished, clean and well-equipped with beach chairs, flashlight, kitchen utensils and even condiments. Gas BBQ is perfect. Easy access to all touring and to great snorkeling. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and would recommend to friends. My only suggestion is that you let your guests have a list of your supplies to avoid bringing things like flashlights. There is an easy local contact for any problems. Thanks for your hospitality. We had a great time.

Great views and very homey

What a great deal! The door has a code lock which means you don't have to worry about keys - all you do is punch in the combo and you're in, and to lock it, all you need to do is push lock; that easy! You're welcomed by the view you see right across the floor out on the lanai - you have the a panoramic view of the beach. Super perfect for sunsets and star / moon gazing at night. We had breakfast out on the lanai every chance we got! Yes, the condo has A/C but we didn't even need to use it since the unit was up on the high floor, all we needed to do was keep the lanai doors open to let the breeze inside - very refreshing. The tile floors help keep the place nice and cool too! The unit was VERY clean and felt so homey right when we walked in. The area is awesome too - not as hype/crowded as Lahaina and the Kam' beaches are right across the street. Lots of good food around too (and some in walking distance!). Kitchen - fully stocked with all the necessary stuff, like cookware, utensils, etc. I love how there's 4 different size coolers available in the unit for you to use; the freezer is stocked with ice packs so that was great for us to use on our day trips; we just stock the cooler with the ice packs, water bottles, beer, and other refreshments. Gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. - all clean and functioning. Laundry - washer/dryer in the unit. What a blessing; very useful is you're staying here for a while or if you're packing light. The bedroom- has a king-sized bed that is super comfortable with lots of pillows and a ceiling fan right above you; very relaxing. The closet has lots of space for you to hang your stuff and there is a drawer as well. Inside the closet you'll find some beach accessories / toys like chairs, towels, etc. Living room - cute decorations throughout. The focal point was the LCD TV and the iPod dock; great extras and definitely kept us entertained when we stayed in at night. And Stephen, the owner, is such a great guy! He's very nice and accommodating. His communication is excellent and is very prompt. I never had any issues getting in touch with him. I'll definitely be recommending this unit to my friends and will definitely stay here again when we're back in Maui for sure!

Fabulous & Peaceful

This unit was more than we expected ! The cost was more than reasonable and the condo supplied everything we needed and then some. The condo and the property were clean and well-maintained, the photos accurately described the unit. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai while watching the cloud and ocean activity. The beach is at the end of the driveway !!. Thanks to the owners thoughtfulness we had beach towels, chairs and coolers. They even have sand toys for children. The washer & dryer in the unit sure came in handy as well as the shops within walking distance for the nights I didn't feel like cooking. It is an end unit and it was quiet and peaceful. Thanks to the trade winds we didn't need to use a/c the entire trip. We plan to return summer of 2012 and we hope for an extended period of time. Working with the owners was such a pleasant experience and everything was given to me in due time. I appreciate them sharing their special piece of paradise with us.

Our stay in the condo was most excellent. The view was awsume! Loved the breeze blowing through the condo, no need for the AC. It was fully stocked with everything we needed(others then grocries). Having the coolers and beach chairs was a plus. The grounds are beautifully maintained, as well as the two pools. It is an easy walk down to the beach, shopping, and resturants. I left my birthday cards there one with a check in it. The house keeper they use called to let them know I had left them and if they could contact us with our address so she could return them. Wow! We will use this condo next time we go to Maui. The owners were very easy to work with. Aloha!

Great place to stay

First of all I'd like to say how much we loved this place! It was perfect for our little family with lots of room and it is so clean and homey. The full kitchen has anyhing you'd need which was useful for us having a 1 1/2 year old.Everything is so convenient and lots of beach , restaurants and stores within walking distance which is great!! It is also nice to have a SUPER comfy bed and enough room for the playpen in the bedroom! Great condo, nice clean pool and quiet building. Stephen is great to deal with as well and was great at accommodating us with short notice. He is easy to get ahold of and is very nice. I'd recommend renting this place for sure.

Nice Ocean View Condo!

Nice quiet condo with a view of the ocean. Nice cross breeze when you open the screened patio door and the screened door into the unit. Lots of extra's like coolers and sun umbrellas. We were the first guests after the unit was sold; the new owners were great to work with. The location across from Kam 2 beach was perfect and we enjoyed eating at Moose's and Fred's next door. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location for everything on our list!

The condo is nicely furnished with really nice views of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean with a flat screen TV and a good cable package for when you just need to rest from activities. Binoculars, beach coolers and wireless internet showed the attention to detail for a nice stay. One of my favorite things was the crossbreeze that enabled us to sleep without A/C for a number of nights. The condo building has a quiet hours at night which we appreciated and the unit is away from the main street.There is a pool too! Plenty of towels and closet space. Washer/dryer so you don't have to pack so much. A big plus for us. The kitchen is well equipped (including a knife sharpener) for any cook. Good knives and a good stove with decent output. Food stores within driving distance. The location is on the south end of Kehei, pretty easy to get to everything by getting on the main highway which is well marked from S. Kehei Drive. Also close to Wailea for a nicer evening out than what Kehei offers. Across from a really nice beach and walking distance to two others. Gear rentals within walking distance as well as a smoothie shack for healthy breakfasts and a Denny's if that's your thing. Definitely recommended.
